@@MandasMusings if I did yoga, my whole body would fall apart. I’d be flopping body parts everywhere because the stretching would make me too loose to hold everything in, lol. (You pictured yourself all floppy didn’t you😝) I’d feel like Stretch Armstrong, but in pain, lol.
My ex mother in law told me to stop taking my meds, and I told okay I’ll start with the anti-depressants and she shut the eff up after that.

😂 I definitely envisioned stretchy limbs. That’s the reason I can’t do yoga as well.
