What a well thought out lesson. Appreciate the text telling me which org you are on instead of going back and forth. Show how thoughtful you are. Thanks for putting this together.

The best and the most succinct SSO setup ever. Thanks to you I've spent a couple of hours instead of 2 days to set up SSO .

If you don’t see IdP checkbox under my domain authentication service, you need to complete below mentioned 2 steps:
    1. Setup my domain in SdP org and deploy for all users.
    2. Enable single sign on and fill data as per IdP org.
    3. Make sure your SdP has ‘SAML enabled’ under sso settings.
Once you complete these 2 steps, you should be able to see the checkbox.

Very well explained. One question , when I click on logout in SDP org, it gives me an error and the url redirection is mydomainIDPsalesforce.com/_nc_external/identity/logout/SingleLogoutError
Also the Start URL for the connected app does not work if I give ACS url as it lands to the login page, but it works if I give IdP-Initiated Login URL, in the start url for the connected app

Hi Manish, thanks for the video , In IDP org we created Identity provider + connected app and in SDP org we created SSO configuration using IDP orgs's Identity provider URL generated+ remote site setting. can the same scenario be achieved by creating connected app in SPD org instead of IDP org ?

Hi Faisal, you need to complete 2 steps to see that checkbox:
      1. Setup my domain in SdP org and deploy for all users.
      2. Enable single sign on and fill data as per IdP org.
Once you complete these 2 steps, you should be able to see the checkbox.
