There is a level of comfort that comes with fishing out of your home inlet. You know this place and understand it. Not to mention we have many coordinates collected over the years and endless memories of fish caught in this area slow pitch jigging. As the seasons change so does the fishing. In the winter time the wahoo bite can get hot and the sailfish move in as well. We like to search depths for the occasional tuna and we see schools of Atlantic bonito move in from time to time.
If you are from the northern part of the US, you might be thinking, why are these guys in shorts and thin UV shirts? Well this is our home of south Florida. We are just blessed with amazing weather almost year round and it is rare for us to put on a hoodie or jacket of any sort and this day is no different.
Leaving out of Pompano Beach Florida we get tight slow pitch jigging Atlantic Bonito, Amber Jack, and Almaco Jack. We give you a tour of our Dusky 278 Tournament Addition and carve up a Bonito on the fillet table.
