- On this episode of Deadend Times we travel a few miles to the coast to check out Monterey Car Week and the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Car week is what you probably expect, a ton of European super cars, a ton of cars being auctioned and of course a lot of "influencers" recording their time in the Monterey Peninsula. But if you look hard enough you will find a lot of cool cars. One of those very cool cars belongs to our friend, Flat Top Bob. Bob and is team brought out his beautiful 32 Ford to the Concours and actually placed! He and the group made the trek all the way from Texas. It was very exciting to see them take part in the most prestigious car show in the world. If you ever get a chance to attend the Concurs...go!
After we show you John Soltesz' custom 1952 Buick. The custom Buick has been around for many years. We remember seeing John cruise it around Salinas when we were kids. It's neat to see it still around.
