    I can see why this system was not widely used by the military. We want loose fitting cllothing not a tight fitting.

      You could just size it up. However I agree you don't want a tight fit in cold weather.

      I wear a M-R in for my OCP and woodland camos. For the infiltrator vest, I had to order an XL and it was skin tight. Warm but odd.

    I would much rather have CLIMASHIELD as a synthetic insulation for its far better loft retention than PRMALOFT.

      There are different kinds of Primaloft. I don't know which type OR uses, but Primaloft One and Primaloft Gold are good insulation.
      OR makes really nice gloves. The glove layering system is top notch.

    Uhhh....not sure how practical this is...not too mention with how tight all those layers are when he starts rolling around in combat I feel like it's really gonna get uncomfortable and possibly effect mobility and for that reason, I'm out.

    OR- Way too many layers on the neck...this guy doesn't even want to do it up! Someone (OR) needs to make a vest with a no collar (sweater vest). Western mountaineering makes one (layers amazing) in down but no one makes one in PL.

    Gucci kit always looks nice. But looks are not the important thing.
    Frankly, expense aside, this a far too complicated a set up.
    As a bottom line, if an outer layer does not have pit zips then what it tells me is that the person who put it together might have been in cold weather conditions, but has never moved in cold weather conditions with a pack on their back.
    Nice, but I will stick to loose fitting and army proven thanks.
