Normal review cycles are annual, but some early career roles have opportunities for advancement twice per year. I may do a tips and tricks video on this. It is a good question. At a high level, focus on adding value. Look at the bottom line value that your team provides and be closest to that work. You typically add more value when you serve more people. Who on your team can you support? How many customers can you pick up and add value or support to?

I would look for any way, even small ways to help people around you. It is a service mindset. Think of it as trying to make everyone's experience of you exceed their expectations.

@@BetterThing-jobs Got it crucial message 😊 but sir providing solutions or helping in small matters will help then after that do i need to be assertive enough to ask for promotions or opportunities or should i wait for them to make next step.. how does that cycle work ?

Certainly, you should ask for promotions when it makes sense. Try to find the right moment and know that this is only something you can pull off once or twice per year.

Indeed is great. Monster is horrible. Problem is, it might be easier to find a job off indeed because everyone’s relying on it.

Look in all the places at once. Use that tip I gave in the video about text/phone. I really think that will be a differentiator. I am having my recruiters use click to text/call as often as possible.
