    I was so happy to see you had another video out! I look forward to them all, even the sci-fi ones because you give us great tips we can use on anything we make. Thank you for using the new materials, I have the powders and liquids but haven’t used them all yet and you explain them so well. I need to get over to FB but I’ve been busy making buildings! (Using your tips!) 😉. I plan on joining FOS 6 month subscription since watching what you do with them! Thank you again Jason!!

    If you want to maintain a clean work bench without spending the farm for rolls of paper. At Home Depot they sell a huge roll of brown heavy weight paper in the flooring department. It is used as an underlayment for those free floating laminate floors. And it's cheap. I mean, under $20.

      Thank you so much!!! I never touch my work when it's done. You could spray dullcoat on rolling stock if you want to. It's never going to come off or even smudge if you dont handle it.

    Hey Jason... How do you deal with the seemingly varying "versions" of HO scale buildings? I have been modeling FOSScale, Carolina Craftsman, BarMills and Rusty Rails... When I put an HO scale pedestrian figure next t them, in some cases he looks like a toddler, and others he looks like an NBA star....

    • @JasonJensenTrains
      @JasonJensenTrains  Před 3 lety

      I place them in different area's on the layout and I dont put kits from different companies next to each other. There is a pretty big difference between some of the companies. When I kit bash I dont mix kits from different companies.

    • @maxgrimes209
      @maxgrimes209 Před 3 lety +1

      OK… Thanks! That’s kind of how I have been approaching it also. What is the deal with these manufacturers and the inconsistencies?

    • @JasonJensenTrains

      What's funny is each company thinks there version is correct. LOL!!!

    As always an inspiring video made by a master modeler. I do have to say that I'm not impressed with your beginning to use the Ammo line of products. I was much more impressed by the results you obtain using inexpensive and easily obtainable craft paints, chalks, etc. While the Ammo products might be time savers they vastly increase costs and for many folks can be hard to source. Dave

    • @JasonJensenTrains
      @JasonJensenTrains  Před 3 lety +1

      Thanks Dave!!! For years I have used inexpensive art supplies. I feel I've gone as far as I can with using them. I now want to try and take my modeling to the next level. I want to keep pushing myself as a a modeler and I will share what I learn with everyone as I grow. Thanks for watching Dave!!!
