I was born in 99 this stuff is so iconic, late 90s early 2000s is the best time in skateboarding in my opinion. The gear, the videos, the companies the skaters, trick selections, everything. I definitely wish i grew up skating during those times.
You missed the skateboarding Renaissance, that's for sure. Those times were some of the best of my life.
Born in 92 with a brother born in 89 and I feel like I was born in the perfect time it would of been cool to be a teen in the 90s I guess but being young throught the golden years was so awesome… blind, world industries, hook ups, Shortys, birdhouse, girl, eS, DC, etnies, Osiris and so on.. had such dope stuff growing up I remember staring at ccs catalogs over and over and waiting for the new issue to see new releases… what a dope time
I’m 21 now and I love the creagers they skate hella good I’m heavy into all the golden era shoes so I’ve been hyped that they’ve been bringing back stuff

I feel like the sizing on this colorway is a bit better than with the black ones. I tried the blacks in my original size, and they mashed my toes. Sent them back and went half size up and they still fit pretty tight, but I kept them.
With the navy/red ones, I went with that same half size up and they fit better. I’m curious if I could go with my normal size with them.
I remember ES shoes they always had good grey color ways.
You get any of the flips skateboards that they recently came out with? All the old graphics from the 2000s catalog

In Belgium, poofy shoes are a trend right now. But most of the kids buy globes. I'm 18 now and I fucking love fat shoes and all the reissues...
Surprised there wasn’t a comparison between the first two colourways to these. The logo is fixed to be like the og and the tongue has been narrowed and slightly rounded
down here in new Zealand, you will never see these in skate shops, and shipping from the usa to nz is super expensive
