The Homeowner Mystery Exposed!

Mystery solved! Buying a new home comes with all sorts of suprises, and once in a while a good one! This home is equipped with a central vacuum system that neither Joe or I have ever had before, so we are still discovering how all this stuff works! In a previous video we discovered this odd floor "vent" only to find out it's connected to the central vac system. Many of you commented on the purpose of it and were correct! I had a chance to try it out on our next trip and it works like a charm! Now I just need to make sure Joe knows how to use it :)

Join me for our first walk through after we now own it! Today we'll take our first road trip over to our new 575 acre Southern Missouri and do the first walkthrough of the home. Normally this is done on the day of closing as a 'final walkthrough' before signing the papers, but we waived that kind of walkthrough since we were at risk of the closing not happening on time. And we pretty much knew what to expect with this being an estate sale; that there will be LOTS of stuff to pick through and clean up, and the place will need a whole home cleaning! So with that being said lets do the first walkthrough and make plans on how to attack the first weekend that we'll be there together. This walkthrough was for Sharon since she could not make it on this trip over to Missouri. If you are new to our channel; welcome!
