Pandora's Actor is about as intelligent as Albedo and Demiurge and since Ainz created him, he is almost certainly skilled in 1v1 combat.
I will add that in a fight or a battle, Pandora’s Actor will surely outclass everyone.
While I dislike the system myself, for simplicity sake let’s say they are all on 200 IQ. But Demiurge is more suited for commander role, thus possesses more strategic mind. Albedo is a great manager, who can analyze and categorize information far quicker than anyone else in the show. And Pandora’s Actor is specifically made to be the best fighter. In a fight, where every second matters, there’s possibly only Ainz who can be his rival due to his massive game experience.
Now, they all are damn smart and they all surely know a variety of things. Whole Nazarick and Sorcerer Kingdom is managed just by three of them. They just look at things from different angles. And if we even out overall, I would put Pandora’s Actor at the top, if you remove his goofyness and acts (which is integral part of his character).
@@albuspercivalwulfricbriand5363 The mimic ability doesn't have 100% stats of the original. They also cannot just copy the equipment of the original, this is especially disadvantageous as equipment in the game make a massive difference and is what separates the the top players from the rest. What makes Pandora's actor OP is when he is in the vault room of the guild where he has access to all of the equipment there and can utilize them to a very high efficiency and unpredictability.
Albedo is also a tank meant to buy as much time as possible for the small possibility of raiders reaching the throne room back in the game. The time bought is for the whole guild (41 supreme beings) to prepare and wait for a final showdown, but its more of a ceremonial type of thing since they knew that they wouldn't be able to win against raiders that managed to reach the final floor of the great tomb.

It's just because of there massive stats that is less in the three (albedo, demiurge and pandora) and instead they have more brain. And if he doesn't copy anything, albedo is also above him. And if albedo used all her items too then she is above him even if he copies anyone. The reason is-albedo has world item.
But pandora can be no.1 and even destroy the world if he wants because he can use all the world level and such items. He just does not because of his loyalty

@@ZhongliArchonofSwag actually no. Garganuta is literally the strongest stat wise. He is just without ai. That's the only reason to put him down. But yes stat wise rubedo is higher than pandora.
I am saying stat wise because we have not seen any of the other ones exept shalltear really fight and hence we don't know how exactly will brain power help them in fights. We know that smartest are albedo pandora and demiurge but they clearly aren't the strongest and even though shalltear is not the smartest, she is still as smart as an average human...

Awww, I was hoping you'd overlook the red orb. I was looking forward to the Nazarick throne room scene, awww lol. Remember Pandoras Actor can only be 80% of the strength of the imitated person and he was holding back during the fight so the dragon would get a real surprise if he tackles the real Ains.
I agree, it is clear that the Pandoras actor was holding back, if he wanted to destroy the enemy, then the outcome would be obvious. Even the communication between Albedo and "Ains" before the fight indicated a trick.

@@Angel_Rod i´m a bit late to the party, but there's actually a small detail about the red orb and PA. The red orb (or rather, the lack thereof in that episode) is not just a "visual tool" to indirectly show us that it is PA and not Ainz. The Red orb in Ainz' chest is a world item. It doesn´t have an actual name, and is directly attached to Ainz, can only be wielded by Ainz and grows stronger with him. What exactly it does however, is unknown.
Since world items are the most powerful items in the world, they cannot be replicated, neither as an "attempted copy", nor an illlusion. As result, Pandora's Actor, despite being able to replicate Ainz perfecly, ALSO cannot replicate the world item.
So yes, that he doesn´t have the red orb is fully intentional and justified by the rules of the show, and i really enjoyed seeing that you immediately noticed. Though that also meant that we missed out on a great reaction where it is revealed that it was actually PA fighting the PDL-armor
The most common misconception of this episode from anime only's is that the Platinum Dragon Lord is from the Slane Theocracy. However he's from the Council State which hates the Theocracy and the Theocracy hates them right back. This fight between Pandora's Actor and PDL's Magic Armor was because Ainz had cut off any possible support Re-estize could've had from the Council State so PDL took matters into his own hands in attempting to assassinate Ainz in a last ditch attempt to save the Kingdom and end the Sorcerer Kingdom in it's infancy. As we saw though the attempt failed as well as the last glimmer of hope the Kingdom had.
just goes to show how confident in victory they are, asked to state their name and they just open up their shoulder cannon in response.
Today on Overlord Drinking hour, we're pouring one out for Platinum Dragon Lord.
He didn't die this time, sure, but the moment he allowed himself to believe this was the extent of Ainz's strength, he was already dead.
It's really fascinating because even just against Pandora's actor, he wasn't fighting him at full strength. Pandora's actor can take the form of ALL of the Supreme beings, and that includes Touch Me, the actual world champion that was Sebas's creator. It can be safely assumed that a build like that, even at 80%, would be more suited to PDL's armor then Ainz's more roleplay/strategic one. And Ainz? With all his items going all out...? It's nice to say "80%" as assume that Ainz is 20% stronger then Pandora's actor was here, but it's honestly underselling it. Ainz going all out beat Shaltear, who would manhandle Albedo, who manhandled PDL's Armor.
This was honestly closer to maybe 50% what Ainz is actually capable of, not including expending extra EXP to pull out his really crazy summons (which you'll recall he couldn't use against Shaltear because of her build).

Fun fact, what wasn't ever shown in the anime was the discussion on what level PDL's magic armor was and Pandora's Actor suggested he's level 90 but Albedo and Shaltear thought he was around level 80. Due to not coming to an agreement people take this as his magic armor is somewhere between 80-90. Also Ainz and Nazarick were able to come to the conclusion that the armor was the Platinum Dragon Lord and are now aware that PDL is a hostile threat
The part about resurrection is PDL worrying about killing Azuth and giving the armor to someone else. Since resurrection magic exists he might not be able to completely silence Azuth, since killing him and armor with someone else the knowledge about the armor and stuff would be guarded but if Azuth is resurrect because he got thrown away by PDL he could spill information to whoever resurrects him.

In the Middle Ages and other ancient times, oaths were much more important than today (unfortunately) and that is why the Knights and Aristocrats who are in the palace are forced to fight to the death for the king, but he has decided to release them so that they can try to escape freely, without feeling that they owe him anything.
By the way, they all accepted the release, but no one escaped and they were ready to fight until the end. Although they did hide from the King's sight so that he would not suffer for them.
We then see the scene where Coco Doll is finally released from jail and reunites with his fellow 8 Fingers, who are waiting to be evacuated along with their families as a reward for their service... although Coco Doll will have to meet the Kyouhukou the Pope? for them at least.

Then we see the part of the fight in which an apparent Ainz faces the Platinum Dragon Lord or rather a puppet controlled by him. Meanwhile, Azuth tries to distract Albedo, although the difference in strength between the two is so great, that it is rather an "escape for his life". Especially since Ainz told all the guardians about the specifications of the Power Suits, so he didn't stand a chance from the start and only managed to survive because Albedo didn't want to kill him at the time. Azuth's HP and MP are still level 10-20 but the other stats are above 80 because of the Suit.
During Ainz' battle, we see that the armor loses Life Energy every time he uses magic, that's a characteristic of Wild Magic. But we also see that Ainz cannot get out of that barrier, while Albedo can enter because she has a World Class Item, which seems to indicate that this wild magic is so powerful that it can only be canceled by a World Item.
It is confirmed to us that the Platinum Dragon Lord knows about the players, although his pronunciation is strange, as if he had heard the knowledge from a third party, perhaps one of the 13 heroes who was actually a player.
The Platinum Dragon Lord wants to protect the world, but for that he doesn't mind the idea of killing Azuth and give the Power Suit to someone who is more useful, despite the fact that he had risked his life for him, so he's not really a good guy but a "moralist".
The fan theory is that the Dragon Lords used their Wild Magic and for some reason, perhaps unintentionally, ended up bringing the players into the world, who turned against them and brought them to the brink of extinction. That is why the Platinum Dragon Lord accuses Ainz of being wrong but also says that "this is our fault".
He isnt trying to kill Azuth, he could do that easily, rather he thinks about resurrection magic because of Ainz. Thanks to that we now know that players might be resurrectable.
In the end, although they got information about this, since "Riku" is actually a puppet, the full extent of his power is unknown. But this one does not know Ainz's either, since the one who was fighting was Pandora's Actor, who can only imitate 80% of the original ability. Aninews talked about PA's abilities in his "Overlord explained..." Video about PA

The King called Zanac a fool after sending him to war himself lol, even after Zanac tried his best to tell him not to and someone even suggested being a vassal state. But no, the King just had to act like he did and he actually had the gall to think offering his head to Albedo would actually get Ainz to call off the war. As if his life is any more valuable than the rest of the worms to a superior being like Ainz and his crew 🤣

In mmorpg tank known as tanky and a lot of HP, But Albedo casually punch Azuth... And he's thrown because of the blow, bare punch. And Platinum Dragon Lord armor need both arms to hold Albedo's attack.

Damn ^^ You figured Pandoras actor out even faster than I did when I first watched the anime .. and I read the LN .. but to add .. every NPC takes as much of their personality from their backstory and setting as there is and the rest is filled in with more or less the character of their creator .. so Pandoras actor having the setting of being a genius and being Ainz's creation he's good in 1v1 and every move he made was a trap ^^ .. I'm pretty sure this is not a spoiler since it's brought up in this part of the LN but just in case ...
PA can only use 80% of the person he copies and he held back a bit during the fight .. his high lvl summons were nerved, the best example being the "4-elemental skull" .. it's actualy a 5 elemental skull that can use 5 elements .. the close combat undead he summoned also had some ability turned off, but I don't remember what ^^

What's makes this fight so crazy is neither fighter really shows their true power. PDL thinks he has a good evaluation on Ainz, when really he fought a weakened version without his world item. Ainz thinks he's analyzed PDLs power and fighting style at Lv 90 and is thinking on how to handle him next time, but his armor form is weaker than his real body (In the novel when Evileye meets Demiruge, she says his power feels on par with PDL, so his true dragon body should be closer to Lv 100).
He didn't even fight Ainz

That statement is kinda misleading making it sound like Ainz has been fooled, when in reality the only one fooled here is PDL. Yes Ainz didn't see what the actual PDL can do but even an idiot would know that the real body of a dragon would be completely different in battle than a magic armor being used remotely, anyone could tell extent of the real PDL isn't just using floating weapons to attack enemies purely melee with blunt force, Ainz and Nazarick are aware of that fact, unlike PDL who thinks he know exactly what Ainz can do which is totally fooling himself. However Ainz is also aware of the extent the magic armor can do basically making that weapon useless against Nazarick. Ainz had everything to gain here and PDL won nothing.
This is one of those eps where "First is best" The battle is great but.........

Not that this really matters anymore but the Ainz (Pandora's Actor) vs PDL fight in the anime was disappointing in comparison to the LN where the fight was quite longer, There was a lot more to the fight once the level 60-70 Doom Lord was summoned, Many details like Ainz using time magic like when he fought Gazef but PDL's armor not being frozen by time when he did it, Ainz using negative burst which didn't effect him. Quite a few details cut

"physical attacks are useless against me" "i told you physical effects were useless" ainz, my guy, there's a massive world of difference between casting a spell that can negate ONE instance of physical damage that needs to be recast after it pops and being uneffected by physical attacks, hell if PDL had a skill like the doppler skill the mithril class lady had to hit you twice with 1 blow that spell would pratically be useless

Ainz is bluffing, he says that so PDL won't attack him anymore with physical attack thus he doesn't need to cast Body of Engulfment Berryl anymore.
