Winning from number 2 is equally as impressive as winning from number 1. It just doesn’t sound like it is.
I think number 1 would be more impressive since the second entry could likely take advantage of that like what Jericho did to HBK in 2003. Other than that, they are just about the same.

@@samsmith9349 For a lot of the rumbles, whoever is number 1 gets announced beforehand too. So number 1 doesn’t really have that much time to prepare on who comes out next.

Fun fact: There have been four Wrestlers who have challenged for the WWF/WWE Championship at Wrestlemania, who not only failed to capture the Championship at the Show, but have never won the Championship at any point in their respective careers. They are: King Kong Bundy , Ted DiBiase, Lex Luger, and Shinsuke Nakamura. Of those four, two have also never won a Championship, of any kind, in their WWF career: Bundy, and Luger.

Luger is especially weird when you consider that in WCW, he was a Triple Crown winner (WHC, US, Tag)
To be fair, Shinsuke still has an opportunity to win it at some point. Unless he leaves or retires only this will be 100% accurate.

Belair and edge won the 2021 royal rumble
Its nice to know Lex Luger is still getting as pay cheque from the WWE.
Personally i think his back is screwed because of the torture rack he used to put on people. Didn't matter how big they were, Luger would get them up in the rack (He even got Giant/Big Show in a rack) When Luger got them up, he would bounce up and down to make the move look more dramatic, but this must have compressed the hell out of his spine.

That rumble where Reigns had his World Heavyweight title on the line in the rumble match itself and Triple H last eliminated Ambrose for his second rumble win and became a 14-time World Champion overall...

That was about a botched spot where a ref counted three despite Dibiase kicking out. He went to the back furious and yelled to Vince: "Where is that ref? He was trying to fuck on me!" There are a couple of videos of Cody Rhodes telling this story brilliantly

Here's a fun fact that i recently learned. My favorite wrestler is taker, my older sisters is stone cold. The day after my sister was born stone cold lost to taker on raw. The day before i was born, taker lost to stone cold on raw.
