There’s also a little studio magic cleaning his vocals up a bit which is common for Korean performances. There’s a little doubling going on if you listen carefully.

I'm so happy with this collab, first because I know jimin is happy too, singing with someone he look up and all. Second because I found taeyang, he is so good and I totally get why jimin always liked him so much. Also, since jimin is my utt bias I like everyone who likes and admire jimin and I can see taeyang does. This live version is just so good, I can't stop watching.

jimin is one of the best dancers in kpop, maybe the best tbh AND jimin is such a versatile singer as well, which people tends to overlook somehow, i feel sorry for them. this guy is a gem, looking forward to his new solo journey, can’t wait for more music to come from him. he was absolutely stunning in vibe, amazing.

people who overlook Jimin have no idea about vocals .and voices. I ignore people who say stuff like that as it tells me right away, they are freakin stupid, LOL. also, I will now have two things to show people who say, " They can't sing live," this and tiny desk shuts them up. Jimin took a lot of his vibrato out. Plus this almost all in his chest voice.
