Sheet music is unfortunately unavailable as per a takedown notice given by Warner and Disney Music:
"Unfortunately, John Williams has made clear that user-generated editions of his compositions are not approved for publication. Later today we have to remove all such publications. He only wants “official” products available on the internet and is willing to take legal action for those that don’t comply. Mr. Williams’ publishers, notably Warner and Disney, have submitted a direct takedown request for all user-generated content on both Musicnotes and our sister site Songsterr.
Alfred, Disney, and John Williams’ team confirmed they are going to enforce the same strict policy on all platforms and for all individuals regardless of their licensing status.
Other arrangements of mine however are still available here: www.musicnotes.com/search/go?...

'Superman' is a fictional superhero created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster. He first appeared in Action Comics #1, a comic book published on April 18, 1938. Superman popularized the supherhero genre and defined its conventions. He is to this day one of the most lucrative superhero franchises.
Superman is a 1978 superhero film directed by Richard Donner and based on the DC Comics character of the same name. The film depicts Superman's origin, including his infancy as Kal-El of Krypton and his youthful years in the rural town of Smallville. Disguised as reporter Clark Kent, he adopts a mild-mannered disposition in Metropolis and develops a romance with Lois Lane, while battling the villainous Lex Luthor. Jerry Goldsmith, who scored Donner's The Omen, was originally set to compose Superman. Portions of Goldsmith's work from Capricorn One were used in Superman's teaser trailer.

This is the first attempt of mine to get back to my arrangements after a six-month hiatus. I was busy on some other projects, but hope to get back to making more of your favourite arrangements. I got myself a brand new 4K camera which saves me from constantly burning the hard drive on my iPhones... plus it's MUCH easier to edit. I also purchased a new Zoom H5 microphone which seems to deliver a much better audio quality than the old H2. I chose to do this arrangement for the 40th anniversary of this movie, which was released late 1978.
And NO, I'm not doing product placement for Pump water (unless they're willing to chuck a few bucks my way :D ...just got so focused on the recording that I forgot it was sitting there from teaching that morning. Also, I hope I'm getting better at my editing skills. :) - Hudba
My apologies if adverts are shown before these videos are played… This is CZcams mandating them because my arrangements are seen as infringing copyright, not my choice. I actively do not put adverts before my videos, so very sorry if you’ve been plagued by them.
Holy modulations, batman! Love it! :)
4:28 spectacular left hand counterintuitive bass-line interlude counterpoint! Bravo
I'll admit, it took a couple of minutes to figure out the exact notes when writing the music, then multiple tries making sure I got the notes locked into my head and fingers while playing. :)
Oh and props for the glasses adjustment in between! Simple super playing. Awesome in it's truest sense.
Thanks - I really should get the nose piece tightened as it can be a bit annoying trying to fix my glasses while playing, especially if the piece is a little intense.
Damn...your music is as strong as superman
That's definitely the nicest compliment I've heard so far. You put a smile on my face. :)
Epic Piano Arrangements not even a single pebble,of rock of kryptonite can stop it sir! good job,you made my day even better.
Such a great song and you play it so well.
Thank you very much - I was proud of this arrangement. I mean John Williams music is just so legendary, so I had to do it. Having a good piano to play it on also helps.
Wow, this is really good! I hope you do lots more John Williams interpretations!
Thanks - I'll see what the future holds. I do like looking at other composers, it's helped me discover unknown music.
my lord you are excellent, you worked that left hand at the end
Yeah - that required just a little bit of work to get right. Glad you like it. :)
I'm so grateful that CZcams suggested your video of Sogno di Volare to me. I subscribed and am watching all of your videos now. You deserve millions of subscribers! 💖
Thanks for that - I'm working on getting more subscribers. Still waiting for that one 'viral video'...
Soooooooooo good!
Thanks Snakey - glad you like it. :)
Love this
Thank you very much - I put a lot of effort into this arrangement.
@@EpicPianoArrangements breath taking.... Feels like flying... U make me wanna learn this piece
@@timothy_chern Well... I'd love to provide the sheet music, but since John Williams (or the lawyers of John Williams) issued takedowns for non-commercial arrangements (like mine), they're no longer available online unfortunately.

dude! you are epic! congratulations!
Thank you very much. I aim to please with all my arrangements.
Wow! Amazing!
Thank you - it was a pain getting the glissandi correct. The part at 3:57 needed a lot of practice.
Spectacular
Thank you very much - I worked hard on this one. The last 3 pages had me practicing for a good few hours.
Very impressive!!
Thank you very much - it's nice when users look at some of my arrangements that aren't the 'Max Payne theme'. I put so much more effort into this arrangement than Max Payne, so it's nice when people comment on them.
Beautiful
Thank you - glad you like it. If you thought this was good, you should check some of my other arrangements.
Awsome!!!
Thanks.
Who were the 6 people that have it a thumbs down? Honestly I despair 🙄
Lex Luthor and his cronies???
Six people are obviously lex luthor fans… well done
I know, right? Who could possibly be disappointed by the Superman theme? It's the epitome of Epic!!!
매우 훌륭한 연주 입니다
슈퍼맨~🖒🖒
대단히 감사합니다.
Spectacular performance! Immediately I logged on to MusicNotes.com and bought myself the sheet music for this concert version! Magnifico!!
Thank you so much. I hope you have a fantastic time playing this magnificent piece. Every now and then I still play this from time to time - it's such a majestic and powerful theme.
Oh man have the sheets been taken down? I can't seem to find them and this is far and away the best arrangement of this piece I've seen
Yeah, unfortunately we were told that all user-generated John Williams arrangements were going to be taken down from Musicnotes by order of Disney and Warner Music. Pissed me off to no end as I was proud of that arrangement, and I'm glad you feel the same way.
@@EpicPianoArrangements Gosh dang it the same happened on MuseScore a few years back. Would you consider selling it on a personal website or something? Id really like to give this a go
Problem is - if I were to advertise that sort of thing, I'd be hammered if they found out. Because they're originally not my songs, these companies can issue takedowns for anyone arranging their music. Musicnotes allowed me to get the licence to sell them without infringing anyones rights. I don't know how other people get around this problem though. The email I got from Musicnotes included this: "He (John Williams) only wants “official” products available on the internet and is willing to take legal action for those that don’t comply."
@@EpicPianoArrangements Darn, that makes sense. Oh well, maybe I can transcribe it myself
@@jacobcenter7374 Transcribing is always a good ability to work on. Gave me a lot of fun doing these arrangements.
Is the sheet music available somewhere else? It’s no longer on MusicNotes.
Letting you know - the music has been re-published under Musicnotes.com - should be available to download now.
@@EpicPianoArrangements Yes, it's there. After I saw you play this version, I had to get the sheet music. :-)
Can you please do a cover of "I'm not a moron" from portal 2.
I'll have a look at it - I've still got a list of themes I'm trying to get through and arrange.
Thank you.
Avengers theme would be a great idea.
I've been told that one of the Avengers themes sounds very similar to the Guardians of the Galaxy theme I did a while back.
@@EpicPianoArrangements I told about first movie theme, that is the main one.
@@DJCLeandro Okay.
Well played man! I can whistle this song almost as good, lol. You should do some Jim Steinman songs also, and I'll subscribe if you put out some more good music on the piano. How about Total Eclipse of the Heart?
Hey Elias... I'm currently working on a large piano concerto, but do hope to get back to my arrangements later in the year. I'll have a listen to Jim Steinman - must admit, I haven't heard of him (but I'm not that versed in popular music - I'm more of a Classical guy)
This is wonderful :)
You really _don't_ like the sustain pedal do you?
Ahh - the damper pedal... yeah, of course I love it. But since a lot of the original music is quite percussive - I didn't want to drown it in pedal, also using too much pedal would have detracted from the staccato feel of the original theme. I tried to differentiate it from Lois's theme as well - where the pedal is used more frequently.
may i steal your hands. .??
Then how would I play the Rach 3?!?
:)
