Haha, it's the Gramaphone from Don't Starve.
Mr Bird has lugged that thing around with him since Weather Systems, it's essentially a Leslie speaker with a pedal that controls speed from off to lo or hi speed afaik. It's pretty cool!
Its called a Janus Spinning Horn :) it's been my obsession for going on two years, and hopefully I'll have a smaller version commercially available that doesn't cost $28K haha
