holy fuck, this is a game changer, i use my main desktop PC and my surface pro X together all the time (the SPX is the touchscreen only model with no keyboard, basically a windows tablet), and I've got a wireless mouse that can switch between both devices but there's like a 3-4 second delay, and the switch is underneath the mouse, not ideal, so i just default to poking the surface with my finger which is pretty hellish, windows is NOT touch optimised, i don't care what microsoft say...
this changes my workflow SO MUCH jeeeeez, i can't believe how well optimised this is, there's virutally no latency using a wireless mouse connected to my main pc, relayed to my surface, it's so damn badass, and the keyboard seamlessly switching to whichever PC i've got the mouse on is actually epic

Awesome. I remember at one of my jobs, we used to have an external adapter to do this. It was kinda odd to press one bottom to switch peripherals to another pc. This one really saves time and space. Haven't fully tested, but at least on main pc if I'm playing at full screen the mouse is locked to that screen. I was pretty worry about that, but it worked well. Already loving it, still need more testing of course.

Kevin, your last comment in this video was:
"For this to work well you'll have to make sure that you have a relatively fast internet connection for all of your different computers. Otherwise you might get some stuttering or some lag."
Are you serious on this, the software is sync'ed via the internet, aka Azure (as it's from Microsoft)?
I'd assume that this works locally _only_. Otherwise I'd prefer a prominent security warning that you're about to install a remote Keyboard/mouse service from Azure on your PC! >>> Please tell me that I'm wrong!

I should be able to share my desktop for different roles (or accounts) in different windows. I can ssh into my machine with different credentials so the underlying mechanisms seem to be there. WSL2 on W11 is a good example, -- but now we need WSW
