    Science says that you can't destroy matter. Science also never put a bullet in the same zip-code as Doc.

    Funnily enough when The Fat Electrician talks about Tac-p he mentions what happens when you mess with Doc again. Says the grunts hold the enemy in place while Tac-p call in something big that goes boom to delete the enemy.

    I'm so glad you found the fat electrician. Need more. My personal favorite is the psa about Dad's and their son's. No truer words ever spoken. My second favorite is the Toys for Tots story.

    For reference, TFE himself was an Army Medic. Yes, HE used to be a DOC.

    Just found your channel. Other than the birth of my son's & granddaughters, my greatest achievement in life was being called Doc for the first time by my Marines. 10 of the best years of my life was alongside you guys.

    Shooting doc is how you can add an extra C-120 to that A-10 you already had.

    mountain warfare training. we distributed MREs for the next couple of days. Doc walks into the middle of our formation, slams his MREs down and declares "I'm not treating another one of you till I get somethin other than egg omlet." You never saw a unit give up the raviolli and spaghetti so quickly

    If you fuck with DOC you might as well change that last letter to G and call us John Wick because it's about to get very "PROPORTIONAL" with the level of violence we're going to impose.

  • @KingofKarnies

    As a former DOC, at least in my time, we're more hardcore than the grunts. Remember our medical training makes us very intimate with the weak points of the human body and we get our jollies hazing the grunts during sick call. What I'm saying is if you shoot at us kill us because we're just one more mole skin hand out away from charging and using our bare hands if the grunts don't stop us.

    Isn't it technically a war crime to deliberately target medical personnel anyway? That's what they told me in the Army anyway.
    From what I understand, combat medics and field grade corpsmen normally aren't issued weapons, but an exception had to be made during the GWoT, because the insurgents (who aren't bound by the Geneva or Hague Conventions) were deliberately targeting our medics.

    • @windwalker5765
      @windwalker5765 Před rokem +7

      Medics are allowed to carry arms, but they are limited to using them for self defense or to protect their patients (in case some asshole tries to finish off the wounded). As I understand it, US medics often choose not to, because guns and ammo are heavy, and if they don't carry 15 pounds of weaponry, they can carry 15 pounds of other gear. Notably, medics frequently carry extra drinking water for other members of the squad.

      It is, but some bad guys don’t give an F. In WWII the Japanese targeted them specifically.

    I have to disagree with one point he made. "Most " grunts are enormous, but not all I'm only 5'2".

      I'm 5'9" and I was 17 and 130 pounds when I joined the Corps straight out of high school and turned 18 at SOI. So I feel you brother!

    Man I became an FMF Corpsman specifically to take care of Marines, I got my wish. And no crap, the Marines will do anything for their Doc as long as you have gained their respect. It’s kinda crazy, but I love and miss my Marines still every day! 🇺🇸🫡
