hello again! got a weird situation. using the key fob the doors will lock/unlock...however using the panel inside the car (drivers and passenger side) the doors will lock but not unlock. any ideas ? thanks in advance!!

That's a strange one! Since the doors lock and unlock with the fob, it's not the actuator. Not sure, wonder if it's something with the panel, but it seems odd panels on both doors would fail at the same time.

Is there a fuse I can just pull to disable the rear door actuator? Just until I'm ready to fix it...

There is a 20A fuse in the interior panel on driver side of the dash that controls all the door locks.

@@WithWardWorks ok so I guess the temp fix is to disconnect the plug going to the door lock until I get a new one.

@wardworks sorry to be a pest, after installing the new actuator the door will lock when pushing the button on the door and when using the remote it will "double beep" three doors will lock but the left rear door will not lock or unlock. I thought it was a cabling issue but when I pull/push on the lock cable (coming from the actuator) it will lock and unlock. I have reset the cable housing and still no luck. also when I use the control panel (on the drivers door) the left rear will not lock/unlock.
any ideas/suggestions would really be appreciated!

I had this exact issue the 2nd time I did this repair.
Check the electrical connection to the actuator. It's impossible to see and not easy to reach. I thought I had seated the connection, but I had not. I used the old/broken actuator as a reference to figure out where the connection was and made sure it 'clicked.'
