- Part 3 - Server Rack, The Beginnings of My HomeLab - What's going on Crypto Universe! I hope everybody's is doing will! In today's video, in my crypto mining dungeon, I'm going to attempt to build the world's largest Orange Pi Cluster supercomputer that I'm aware of with 125 Orange Pi's. The rig will have more than 1,000 CPU cores, 500 gigabytes of RAM and draw around 1000 Watts amazingly at full blast. In theory it's not built yet we'll see what it does when it's actually done.
For those of you who would like to build your own you can use any SPC like the Raspberry Pi, Rock Pi, Banana Pi, or the Orange Pi like I did, it's just a lot more powerful with eight cores then the Raspberry Pi 5.

thats so cool, its literally the dream of the boys build a cluster like that one
you can set all of these orange pie's up and have them just boot on power up to mine verus.if there is a power outage.
i started buying orange pi 5 phones are nice but eventually that battery craps out and you need to remove battery's and solder wires to the bms with the voltage of 4.2v works like a charm.i only have 5 orange pie 5 i could not imagine 125 that's a dream and also anxiety.

Changing a sd-card will be hell, i am building Something similar, i think going with 2height units cases (old switches) and mounting sbc's vertical might be more maintanance friendly

you should definitely check out downclocking those orangepi5's
efficiency sweetspot is at 1416Mhz
