No Oven DALGONA Cake Recipe | Eggless DALGONA Candy Cake

- Hi everyone, in this The Terrace Kitchen video, we will see how to make dalgona coffee flavored cake that too without electric oven.
SERVES: 6-7 People
------------------------------------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
• ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp Milk (दूध)
• 2 Tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
• 1 Tsp Instant Coffee Powder (कॉफ़ी पाउडर)
• ½ Cup + 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• 4 Tbsp Oil (तेल)
• 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
To make 1 Dalgona Candy:
• 1 Tsp Sugar (चीनी)
• 3-4 Pinch Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
Frosting:
• ¾ Cup Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
• 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Instant Coffee Powder (कॉफ़ी पाउडर)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 30-35 min
Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 35-40 min.

I made your whole wheat bread but steamed it because I don't have an oven. Made many steamed breads and buns with maida it was good but this one had a strong yeast smell why was it so it tasted like yeast and it was more like a dense whole wheat cake
all without oven

It may have happened because of the yeast you had used. Try baking the bread instead of steaming
