0:43 how is your business set up considered? Is it a USDA Certified inspector/processor?
Yes, we're USDA-certified.
How big is your facility and how much do you process a month?
It's a small shop run by my parents and sister (as seen in the video) and about a dozen other employees. On average we process about 10 cows and 20 pigs per week.

Is there some where we can buy the meat animal and slaughter it ourselves on these farms?
You would probably have the best luck contacting a farmer or rancher directly. We are USDA inspected and animal welfare approved and cannot allow harvest on the farm.
