@Daniel Holmes well, when people in Glasgow are drunk and talk to swedish tourists, we don't understand a word they say. at least, I didn't. will never forget one of the bars. the men looked like hockey players during play-off season, no teeth and stitches everywhere. and the girls looked they were there to do some business so they could buy heroin. but I guess it could have been a hooligan pub.
i don't see why this is one of their less popular songs. This one is by far my favorite and the one that got me into the band.

As much as the song is a flat-out banger, I can't express how much the chorus has come to speak to me. "The fallen are the virtuous among us, walk among us, never judge us..." It's true. I know it's been 11 damn years, but I'm still going to respond. Alex has a degree in theology and this song shows it well. To the best of my understanding, the idea is that if Jesus existed in our period of time, he would be hanging out with "the fallen" - people, who are usually looked down upon (homeless, poor, etc), instead of choosing the company of what is your average conservative Christian is
