The team who did the cutscenes for this game also did the ones for Warcraft Adventure, which got canceled. They were slightly better quality.
And the voice actor for the Deku Tree in Brearh of the Wild is the same guy who voices Morshu the shopkeeper in this game. Think about that.

To save you the effort of finding a repost or Twitch VOD it's simply because that game blasted the Power Rangers theme every 2 minutes. It's the entire song, very loud. My guess is the autoblocks found it based on that.
