Did We Break Through Our Sales Plateau at the Laundromat?

- This laundromat smashed records two weeks ago for sales! I was curious to see what would happen this week, especially with some of the major problems we encountered. We had machines go down for maintenance while trying to fix other machines and I had a key member of my team leave! I think we found a replacement and we will see if that helps sales as well!

Couple things that could help you. One is it might not be the motor it may just be a bearing that’s failing and need to be replaced. Generally when washers and dryers get loud and shake it’s the bearings. It could be the centering bearing or on the front of the drums.
Secondly once a month to 3 months you need to check the traps in your washers as things slip through and clog them consistently. Drivers licenses and credit cards can slip through and create the blockage.
Yes we have emptied those a few times. Crazy what you find
You could offer a Mcgruff style reward program.A few free loads for anyone who turns in verifable machine shakers then ban those people.If toy have a lot if independent wash and folders would creating a customer database help?You could set up a fleet sales program and get a prodictability time table on their wash patterns

Congratulations on another great week! I don’t remember ever hearing laundromat sounds behind the graph that was kind of fun it looks like things are definitely looking up for you and you should be able to see better numbers every month! You got a new cleaner so you won’t have to do that!

Think about putting a plastic shoe box size to collect the coins from the pop machine trying to excape counting. Time it down on the bottom for it won’t move from the coins hitting it. Good still making money not going down.

If not too costly why not have one of the common belts for each type machine in stock, for quicker use?
They all use different ones. We just have one of that machine.
Shaking machines is how you get things to drop for free... might be why all your snack things are all crooked in that machine.. machine gets shook, Snackeez fall down into the freebie Tray... Laxvespa-LosAngeles

Don't know about your state but in Michigan we didn't have school because of voting. That could be why Tuesday was down.
He’s got kids, he would’ve put it all together. But I should say kids don’t go to the laundromat so it wouldn’t make sense. Parents don’t have the day off work.
@@Eric_In_SF He may not have though of it Kids may not come to the laundromat but their parents might have stayed home to watch them.
