      Thanks for the comment, King Ra. It's Borax Flux Powder, which cleans impurities and also speeds up the melting process. It's usually about £8 to £15.

      Yes. All white requires rhodium plating, since technically there is no such thing as actual 'white' gold, so to speak. It would never be as yellow as yellow gold, but there would always be that tint. So sadly, with white gold there is always that certain level of upkeep needed as the rhodium fades.
