    Thank you for explaining the internal struggles of a hospital. Lol it’s a struggle a lot of times. Especially with facilities having to waitlist because there just simply aren’t enough resources.

    It sucks!! As an internal medicine intern that completely sucks, wasting 1 hours of your time making phone calls to check for availability in rehab facilities like is this something that we are supposed to do? This is not medicine and its a waste of time and energy. We studied mediicne to think of the disease and treatment, not to deal with social issues that are out of our hands like disponibility of beds idk why they don't change the role and let the social workes deal with that
