To be more accurate we should calculate the number of hair in 1cm² in 3 to 4 different random place in head. Then calculating average/mean. And multiplying with the curved surface area

Maana nehi hota, but this is a good estimate actually... agar bole ki ye value asli value ka a times hai, to a ka value won't be more than 2 or 1/2... which is actually a pretty good approximation... aur 1 cm^2 me 150 baal bole hai... wo bhi to assumption hi tha na!

1. head is not a perfect sphere, 2. the density is always not the same, 3. Still this is a fun way to learn math but not facts

1. That's not a hemisphere. A hemisphere is when you cut a sphere into half. Here you are just taking out a random cross section of a Sphere from the top. So the area is actually 2πR²(1-tanθ). This cant be used as an approximation for a hemisphere because it will be off by a lot for the kind of figure posted in the image.
2. You cant say area of a square is side×side on spherical surfaces. That formula is only valid for Eucledian Geometry which is geometry on flat surfaces. For curved surfaces like this we use Riemannian Geometry and the very basic axioms of Euclidean Geometry fail to hold true for Riemannian Geometry (like two parallel lines can meet here) so the formula of area of square to hold becomes completely out of question.
The formula for the area of square in this condition becomes - (side)²x(1+(side²/12R²) where R is the radius of curvature of the surface.
Using these corrections the problem can now be solved. For this, to get 1 cm² area, substitute 1 for the Area in the equation above and find the side. Then draw a square with that side, count the number of hairs in it and then multiply that number of hairs with 2πR²(1-tanθ).

Definitely an intelligent way to measure hairs. How did Sarah measured all the hairs in 1cm-by-1cm area? The hairs are short. Did she count the hair follicles or the roots? Will this method work for those with split hairs?
