दुबई में प्रॉपर्टी खरीदने के मामले में भारतीय दुनिया में पहले नंबर पर है। अमेरिका के NGO Center for Advanced Defense Studies की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक दुबई में 29 हज़ार 700 भारतीयों की करीब 35 हज़ार से ज्यादा प्रॉपर्टी हैं। इनमें रिहायशी और व्यवसायिक दोनों प्रॉपर्टी हैं। इन प्रॉपर्टी की कुल कीमत 17 बिलियन डॉलर यानी करीब 1 लाख 42 हज़ार करोड़ रुपये के करीब है।
Indians rank first in the world in terms of buying property in Dubai. According to the report of America's NGO Center for Advanced Defense Studies, 29 thousand 700 Indians own more than 35 thousand properties in Dubai. These include both residential and commercial properties. The total value of these properties is around 17 billion dollars i.e. around Rs 1 lakh 42 thousand crore.
