I as Malaysian want to thank you very much for coming to my country. Hand shake is actually okay with the non muslim, but for the muslim, you cant hand shake with anyone that is not your same gender or your family. For the acohol you can find it in supermarket such tesco, giant or 7e but remember dont drink it in public. Hugging or kissing is okay if you're married but dont do french kiss, you will get an awkward stare from people surrounding. Most likely everyone in Malaysia can speak english cause it's our second language and we learned it since kids at school. And for pointing finger to show direction, for us it seem quite rude, so instead of pointing finger, we use our thumb(make a fist, most Malaysian do this) or point by using all fingers. If want to see much more culture and ethnics, do come to sabah and sarawak. There's more than 30 ethnics.

10.. yes Muslim cant handshake with opposite gender. It is our religion , Islam. But if you meet Indian or Chinese or other than Muslim they do handshake. 9.. The reason why we cant use shoes everywhere bcs of our cleanliness and also respect 💕 8.. No PDA, kissing, hugging.. bcs the main population here is Muslim, we are taught not to. 7.. I think most Malaysian can speak English because it was a core subect too in our school.😄 6.. Umbrella ? Oh yeah. We are here in Khatulistiwa.. it is like that, can't help with that 😅 5.. Malay is a race, Malaysian is ALL of us. You got it right here 😀 4.. Again, because most of us is Muslim. Alcohol, beer; you will not have it in most place. But if you want it, you can find it at 7Eleven. 3.. Malay eat beef, so actually it is easy for you to find it maybe it was a wrong place. Sorry for that. 2.. It is just a polite way to point. Weve been taught since we are kids 😊 1.. Durian. IT IS A KING OF FRUIT HERE 😍 You will get a cheap durian when it is the season but most place you can eat it at stall but yeah in the hotel or restaurent or shopping market or airport it is prohibited. 💕 Love from Terengganu, Malaysia. 💕
@@DivertLiving you should go to morning market or pasar tani. there are a lot of people selling beef there. it's actually easy to find beef in malaysia. the polite way to point direction in malaysia is by using your thumb. that's why you see people clenched their fist but actually they pointed direction with their thumb.
Malay Muslim do not consume pork and alcohol, and Hindu do no consume beef, Hindu love mutton and Chinese love pork and duck roast but Malay do not much consume duck... malay just enjoy telur masin (duck salt egg)...haha🦆 ...some Chinese and Indian are vegetarian... some malay also eat vegetarian food if they go out with vege friends.. Anyway... most of us really enjoy Chicken!🐓🐣 it suit all races...thats is the reason why KFC is the most enjoyable restaurant for all Malaysian... Mamak Restaurant also suit malay, chinese and indians food code.. thats is the reason Mamak is very popular here... anyway, roti canai and dhal is a kind of light meal that suit for everybody... I’m Malaysian Chinese. Nice introduction to all the travellers. English is our first or second language, for Chinese most of them can speak at least 3 languages which is Malay, English and mandarin, and some others can speak hokkien, Cantonese and more. In Malaysia is quite good, because you can try different cultural that’s multicultural.
English is very commonly spoken in Malaysian. The english language has become the second language of the country. Malaysian people learn english since kindergarten. That’s why malaysian people can speak in english even it is not so good.

For men, you can’t shake women’s hand. For women, you can’t shake men’s hand. And one more thing, even if someone is indian or Chinese, they could be muslim too
There’s a trick where you can eat pork and beef. So i’m gonna give you some tips in case you’re visiting Malaysia again in future. So the Malaysia consist of a lot of race and culture, majority will be the Malay, Chinese and Indian. Everyone have things they can consume and can’t consume. For the Malay, they do not eat pork and no alcohol. For Chinese some of them do not consume cow meat, while for Indian majority of them didn’t eat beef too because Cows are holy for them. So if you’re going to Malay restaurant (u can identify them if you see someone wearing hijab in the restaurant or some of the signage will have arabic words written) - they always have meat which we call as Daging. So if you see on the menu written with Daging word in it, it mean the food have meat in it. For Chinese restaurant, easiest to find ask the local Chinese people where is the nearest hawker, the best place to have Chinese food may also have Malaysian food. Most of the time it’ll look like an open space with a lot of small booth/vendor stall here and there. You may find pork and chicken and alcohol. For the Indian restaurant it might be tricky, coz everyone go to Mamak to have curry but again no pork. There’s only chicken, meat and seafood curry. There’s an Indian restaurant that i know in Penang there wont be any meat nor pork, i’m not sure about the alcohol. For the market wise it seem you went to small wet market. You’ll need to find biggest market. Usually it will split into 2 section wet and dry. The majority will be selling seafood, few poultry and maybe 1-2 butcher (either cow or lamb or both) and there’s pork from another vendor. Like i mentioned just now we consist on Many races and religious and like in your videos Majority are muslim. So muslim do not eat pork that’s why some of the vendor do not sell meat/lamb together with pork (majority of muslim will be Malay but there’s Indian muslim and Chinese muslim as well, hence why i will just call it as Muslim). Hope this will help, come again to Malaysia and stay safe during this Pandemic 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
There are few things you are wrong about the pork and beef stuff... The 3 majority races or religious in malaysia is muslim, chinese, indian. Hence in this 3 races, muslim are NOT allowed to eat pork. Indian are NOT allowed to eat beef. And some chinese are vegetarian. So you might see easier for chicken and fish.
Correction to your comment as well. Muslim is not a race. It is a group of people who subscribe to the religion Islam. I believe you are refering to Malay if you are comparing with other races like Chinese or Indian. because there are such thing a Chinese Muslims, Indian Muslims, American Muslims etc who are not malay by ethnic.
Absolutely, eventhough im a muslim... But, in Sabah n Sarawak(well im half sabahan n half sarawakian) u can find porks n alcohol everywhere... Bcoz majority in East Malaysia are Non-Muslim... N im used to this culture... Tbh, i still cant get the Peninsular Malaysia culture😂...
As a Malaysian, i am very proud and appreciate your efforts in this video. All the points are true and its really helpful for other visitors 😆😆. Thank you ❤.
i went to malaysia last year and its really great,i think malaysia is heaven of food🤤i only remember nasi kerabu, thats so good, you guys needs to try it
There are 3 major races & 14 states in Malaysia. The recipes are different from every races & states. That's why you could find thousands kind of food. Even for us Malaysian, we never taste all kind of Malaysia's food
You say that and you will get in a polite argument or get yelled at depending on what type of Malaysian you are talking to. We take our food very seriously. You jangan bercakap buruk tentang makanan Kami ah!
English is common in Malaysia. Most people can speak or understand English. English is a compulsory subject in school. Generally Malaysian knows many languages. Especially in town or cities. Malays know Malay & English. Indians know Malay, English & Tamil. Chinese know Malay, English, Mandarin, and some other dialects like Cantonese, Hockien, etc. This is just generally speaking. Of course there are some knows more than that.
Calvin F and me myself barely can speak malay, english, arabic, and all state dialect in Malaysia inc sabah, brunei and sarawak😂😂 cause malaysian mostly can speak other language fluently
There are a few mistakes you made. 1. Pork and beef are found in abundance in Malaysia. The Malaysian Chinese which constitute 1/4 of the population have pork in their menu everyday, the Chinese markets do sell pork. The Malays love beef, so there're lots of beef in the Malay market but not in Chinese or Indian markets . I think you just went to the wrong markets. 2. Alcohol can be drunk quite readily in Chinese and Indian restaurants in Malaysia. You went to the Malay-owned restaurants. 3. Malaysia's good command of English is due to the English education in Science and Maths subjects unlike Thailand and also due to the broadcast of English movies in its original form and not dubbed like in Thailand. So it is NOT because of British colonial influence but giving more acknowledgment that it is a useful international language. 4. The so-called 'Malaysian's that you met in the video are actually foreigners like the Bengali workers sitting on the bus and the Nepalese guard that you asked directions from. There is a huge foreign worker population (10%) in Malaysia who can speak basic Malay language.
It's not just about it being a muslim majority country, it's about Asian value. How often do you see people in Japan, China or India smooch in public, especially the elderlies?
Because most of the Muslims give more birth rate than other races especially Chinese (Indians' birth rate is little better than Chinese, and I don't know about other races). The population of Chinese gone down quite much compared to the time Malaysia gets its independence due to numerous emigration and mass declining birth rate and increasing unmarried rate plus better healthcare policy in Malaysia, so you can see more and more increasing elderly among Chinese population which makes the ratio of the Chinese elderly vs whole Chinese population going higher and higher every year.
At my house we dont really care if you wear shoes in the house but i also live on a farm haha Thanks for watching man just checked out your channel. Great work
Hi, I'm a Malaysian from Sabah which is the East Side of Malaysia. I had to explain it like that because not everyone knows the existence of Sabah. I love how you both explained about the things that you shouldn't do in Malaysia. Please come to Sabah and experience the beauty and maybe vlog about it. 😊. You'll find that in Sabah, there are many ethnics that you both may have never heard of. I myself am a Kadazan, I wonder if you both have ever heard of it🤔.. Oh and also, if you plan to come to Sabah, come during the Harvest Festival which is on the 30th & 31st May. Visit this specific place - - - KDCA on that date. So start planning for next year 😉
But in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo, there's also rule that you can't do: 1. No public nudity 2. Respect their cultures 3. Muslim women also not allowed to do hand shake with men.

1)Remove your shoes before entering home is actually an Asian thing 2)Beer can be found if you go to Chinese Restaurant (You totally have to do a little research first) 3)I don't know why you weren't able to found beef but Just like Muslim don't eat Pork,Hindu/Buddish (I'm a bit confused about this tho) also don't eat beef 4) Actually, when you take shuttle bus, usually a lot of Bangladesh or Myanmar use the bus.The one that you shake hands in the video is actually a Bangladesh (people from country Bangladesh) 5) Actually, there's nothing wrong to point your forefinger, but for us, it's polite to point with your thumb instead.
1. You can get alcohol just about everywhere but don't go to a restaurant open by Malays as chances are they don't provide alcohols. 2. Pork you can get it at non halal restaurants while beef is quite common, I'm not sure why you find it difficult to get. 3. You just don't shake hands with a religious Muslim man if your opposite sex, but yet again not everyone really follows the rules. Anyhow hope you enjoy your stay here in KL. Should go around jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang, Changkat, bangsar
Can you not say like that? Because we as a tourist don't want get any trouble to muslim and we respect the culture and we dont want to ruin the culture. I think you just being disrespect to other religion. Damn feels bad about you. LOL

Ah yes finally somebody is highlighting the difference between malay and malaysian. I think you missed out to elaborate that malay is an ethnic group.. not only in malaysia, but also in singapore, brunei and some parts of indonesia. Becuase most of the time i get mistaken as Malaysian when i tell people that i am sort of malay and i am not a Malaysian. (It's quite sad that nobody knows of the existence of other races in Singapore besides the Chinese)
Hi guys,, Im from Chiang mai, Thai but i living in Malaysian 10 years already and really love to living here.. To me..different religion very good in one country..at least we can know a lot of things about Malaysian.. We are love Malaysian😂
I'm Malaysian and I eat beef at least 4x a week. You can find beef menu in those restaurant. Usually the menu will be in Bahasa Melayu but you can ask them. Example you wanna order Fried Noodle but instead of Chicken you wanted to change to Beef. Just tell them and they will cook it for you. In Bahasa Melayu, Beef is called Daging Lembu or most commonly use is Daging. Malay can eat Beef, Chicken, Fish, Seafod except Pork & Alcohol. It's forbidden in Islam. Some Buddhist Chinese can't eat Beef because they pray to Guan Yin.
Warcy are you sure? Some of my Chinese friends do eat Beef and they’re buddhist not Christian. They explained to me that only who pray to Guan Yin can’t eat Beef.
Warcy Most Buddhist are allowed to eat beef but Buddhist who pray to Guan Yin are not allowed to eat beef. Buddhist who pray to Guan Yin show sincerity in the form of not eating beef whereas other Buddhist show their sincerity by obeying the Buddha’s teachings.

u can point your finger or even full fingers to show direction, there's nothing wrong about it, but just don't point it to a person while you were talking and then when he/she seeing u doing like that, it's like you are talking something about them and that probably going to get you

Indecent behavior restriction is not because of Islamic law, but lies under the 5th pillar of Malaysia (rukun negara) which brings the meaning of being modest and well manners (kesopanan dan kesusilaan). Lastly, most of Sabahan here can speak English pretty good & fluent bcoz some of them have mix with Philippine blood. So, you guys are always welcomed to Sabah 😃
Most of the point is true, but as a Malaysian, i think I have to point out something too: 1. Handshakes are fine to most Malaysian, except for some Muslim girls as they are not allowed to have physical contacts with opposite gender, but I believe our society is more open nowadays and it's totally fine especially u r in cities. If you're really concern about handshakes thing, it's always better to Nod your head as greetings because it's quite common in Malaysia too. 2. Beef is very common to be found in Malaysia food, maybe our beef is not served in the form which western does, but Beef is still a lot more common to be found compare to pork in Malaysian Food. Buddhist and Hindus don't eat beef, so you can't find beef in most Indian and Chinese restaurant, but nost Chinese in Klang Valley do consume beef. Pork is not allowed to be consumed by Muslim. You can only find pork in Chinese Food among the local Malaysian Food. 3. We Malaysians believe that it's more polite to point with our thumb, and we always try out best to treat our visitor well, that's why it's rare to see a Malaysian will show you direction with index finger when you ask for help. (P/s: 1:24 the guy doesn't look like Malaysian to me, more likely to be a Bangladeshi)
Actually,we can speak English. But most of Malaysians don't know / don't understand your English. The problem may be because of your accent / slang. And,you can enter with your shoes on (shops),but some of them you can't. :) Also, yes, you can't point with your 👆🏻 finger, use 👍🏻 instead. You can eat beef, but not pork,it's very disrespectful to us,especially Muslims. Or should I say, whole country?
i disagree with the pork part, it is not disrespectful, its just we muslims cant eat it ,but it is served in chinese restaurant. so no it is not disrespectful at all
Uhh,not the whole country. Remember Malaysia is a multiracial country. The Muslim can't eat pork and the Hindus don't eat beef, it really depends on our respective religion ,so don't classify it as "disrespectful" to the whole country..😂
malaysian do like beef...but in certain places or restaurant they didn't sell or cooked beef to respect our fellow indian as beef are forbidden to them as well pork are forbidden to malays...that how we harmoniously respect each other...
Nonsense! I've been to a lot of Malay restaurants and all of them sell beef. Only very few don't, they couldn't care about feelings of Indians/Chinese or vegetarians. Most Buddhist Chinese don't eat beef either.
@@cyber1991 Same when Muslim go tu Chinese restaurant. They sell pork which is muslim didn't eat it. Are they care about Malay Muslim feeling? For me, you yourself know what and where you want to eat.

hi! I just wanna tell y'all that, in Borneo, (also known as Sabah) is a part of Malaysia where the population here are mostly Christians (still mixed with malays, chinese, Indians and others). There are a lot of bars here where they serve pork and also alcohol. love your video! from malaysia
I think i might have to disagree w your statement that says Christians are majority here because Muslims is actually the majority in here w 55%+ overall population in borneo/east malaysia.
There is pork and beef here in Malaysia. And a lot of them to be frank, and that is you can find them only at Chinese food shops or non-halal places. 😊 This is because, as said, Malaysia is predominantly a Muslim country.
I think most the time you talk about Malaysian culture, you're referring to the Malays and their cultures in Peninsular Malaysia(also known as Malaya).
There's no such thing. We Malays are the majority of Malaysia. Why? Does Sabah and Sarawak does not have Malay? Not all Sabahans and Sarawikian people are indigenous people you know. You are Chinese. Does you live in the way of indigenous people???
@@nationalfighter634 sabah do have malays but our malays are more of a kampung style so like... Yeah...(i mean the dont care if they touch or see a pig etc)

Why? does other state does not have multiracial society? Only 4 States in Malaysia where they are few than 5% non Muslim People. Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah & Perlis. And alcohol isn't just found at bars.. Local coffee shops sell them too. Durian is not allowed in hotels. There is Durian sold by street vendors in public areas. Pork can be easily found, you just have to be in a non Muslim populated area. Next time u'r in Kuala Lumpur, don't just visit the City center. Search for a place called Old Klang Road or Bangsar.. There is pork n beef everywhere
there is malaysian word said : "I thought the sky was clear all day, but it was raining in the middle of the day" 🤣.. same like our life.. we not know what gonna happen later🤣
Im a malaysian chinese, if u want to find pork in malaysia it’s mostly in chinese markets or Chinese restaurants or places that doesn’t have the halal signs. Hope you enjoyed malaysia!
You know what? Most of the people that you ask and you recorded in this video is Bangladeshi and not Malaysian.Nowdays Malaysia is flooded with them. Idk how they got so many in here.
Correction: it depends on what restaurant you're going actually. You can find pork at chinese restaurants, and beef commonly exist at most restaurants. You may not find beef in indian restaurant but some might have one. Hope this helps 👍🏻
You can go to East Malaysia. Sabah and Sarawak. In here you can get acohol and pork easily. But remember, not hug and kissing in public. Handshake is free, but not free for Muslim when handshake with opposite gender. Same as your video that you've mentioned. 😊
Tbh, we malaysian do point our fingers when we are among friends.. we won't point fingers when there are foreigners or with our teacher or in formal situation because we are being courteous and respect that person
That's like the word "ORIENTAL". In 1984, I dated a Japanese woman in California. And I used the word ORIENTAL to describe the people. She told me that RUGS are ORIENTAL. Art is ORIENTAL. But the people are ASIAN.
What's silly about it? IT'S A FACT! If you think it's so silly, look it up, and you'll find out that I'm right. In fact, instead of saying that something is silly when you know absolutely NOTHING about the subject, why don't you not post anything, and just look it up?
Enjoyed watching your video but I think some of the things you pointed out were not that accurate. We are a nation of different religions and races but most of the time we respects each other. I think most of the stalls or restaurants you visited belongs to the Muslims. We don't consume pork & alcohol among others. But beers and and pork dishes are mostly available in Chinese stalls and restaurants and most of the 7-11 and Chinese/Indian shops. In supermarkets too. Beef mostly are easily available in Chinese and Malay eateries but not Indian as they revered cows as holy animal. By the way... some of the scenes showed Bangladesh workers in Malaysia and not locals. Still I do hope you enjoyed your stay with us..
Most Buddhist Chinese restaurants don't eat beef too. Chinese traditionally DON"T eat beef. Those who eat beef are usually Christian Chinese but they form the minority and not majority.
@@cyber1991 Not really.... if you really know and mingle with the local Chinese especially those middle age and younger ones does not adhere strictly to their teachings.
We love it there because of that!

English is very commonly spoken in Malaysian. The english language has become the second language of the country. Malaysian people learn english since kindergarten. That’s why malaysian people can speak in english even it is not so good.
Its so helpful for travellers :)

Ahh yea that is what i thought! Thank you so much!
Couldn’t agreed more melvin
Correction to your comment as well. Muslim is not a race. It is a group of people who subscribe to the religion Islam. I believe you are refering to Malay if you are comparing with other races like Chinese or Indian. because there are such thing a Chinese Muslims, Indian Muslims, American Muslims etc who are not malay by ethnic.

Thats what we noticed!
Calvin F and me myself barely can speak malay, english, arabic, and all state dialect in Malaysia inc sabah, brunei and sarawak😂😂 cause malaysian mostly can speak other language fluently
In Sarawak,
Malay can speak malay, English & Iban language.
Chinese can speak Malay, English, Mandarin, & Iban Language.
@@imme9556 yeah
VERY TRUE
#Malaysian squad 😁😁

It's not just about it being a muslim majority country, it's about Asian value. How often do you see people in Japan, China or India smooch in public, especially the elderlies?
No many!
Exactly!
Good thinking
Because most of the Muslims give more birth rate than other races especially Chinese (Indians' birth rate is little better than Chinese, and I don't know about other races). The population of Chinese gone down quite much compared to the time Malaysia gets its independence due to numerous emigration and mass declining birth rate and increasing unmarried rate plus better healthcare policy in Malaysia, so you can see more and more increasing elderly among Chinese population which makes the ratio of the Chinese elderly vs whole Chinese population going higher and higher every year.

This is cool! I never knew that! We will make sure to remember that for our next trip there!

All Buddhist Chinese don't eat beef NOT some. Those Chinese who eat beef are either atheist or Christians.

Kewl the state that I'm living in. Hi I'm 12 btw
Most of the point is true, but as a Malaysian, i think I have to point out something too:

Also,yes,you can't point with your 👆🏻 finger,use 👍🏻 instead.
You can eat beef, but not pork,it's very disrespectful to us,especially Muslims. Or should I say, whole country?
Whole country?
i disagree with the pork part, it is not disrespectful, its just we muslims cant eat it ,but it is served in chinese restaurant. so no it is not disrespectful at all
Uhh,not the whole country. Remember Malaysia is a multiracial country. The Muslim can't eat pork and the Hindus don't eat beef, it really depends on our respective religion ,so don't classify it as "disrespectful" to the whole country..😂
Sarawak sabah: am i a joke to you?

malaysian do like beef...but in certain places or restaurant they didn't sell or cooked beef to respect our fellow indian as beef are forbidden to them as well pork are forbidden to malays...that how we harmoniously respect each other...
Nonsense! I've been to a lot of Malay restaurants and all of them sell beef. Only very few don't, they couldn't care about feelings of Indians/Chinese or vegetarians. Most Buddhist Chinese don't eat beef either.
@@cyber1991 hey, you can't live in any country is you're so sensitive!
@@cyber1991 Same when Muslim go tu Chinese restaurant. They sell pork which is muslim didn't eat it. Are they care about Malay Muslim feeling? For me, you yourself know what and where you want to eat.
@@cyber1991
In certain places, do note that. Even my chinese friend know i like chinese food and would find a halal one for me with no pork.
Dont eat beef then you idiot.
Well there's a saying
"When in Rome do as the Romans do"
Respect others and their religion and they will also do the same to you too

As you said in your video that majority malaysian are muslim and all muslim have to pray 5 times a day at really clean places. Other than mosque, muslim also pray at their home too. So this is why we have to remove our shoes before entering malaysian home.
Btw, Thank you for visiting Malaysia ❤

Because our wet markets are divided.. we don't sell beef, chicken, fish, pork, lamb and others in the same place

hi! I just wanna tell y'all that, in Borneo, (also known as Sabah) is a part of Malaysia where the population here are mostly Christians (still mixed with malays, chinese, Indians and others).
There are a lot of bars here where they serve pork and also alcohol.
love your video! from malaysia
Thats what we hear
I think i might have to disagree w your statement that says Christians are majority here because Muslims is actually the majority in here w 55%+ overall population in borneo/east malaysia.
Honey..you show Malaysia to the world..THANK YOU..well,we speak ENGLISH!!! second language dear..go to Sabah and Sarawak,Malaysia next time honey..
Thank you!!
Divert Living Malacca too.
There is pork and beef here in Malaysia. And a lot of them to be frank, and that is you can find them only at Chinese food shops or non-halal places. 😊 This is because, as said, Malaysia is predominantly a Muslim country.
Ahhh yea thats what we hear!
I think most the time you talk about Malaysian culture, you're referring to the Malays and their cultures in Peninsular Malaysia(also known as Malaya).
Ahh ok! Thank you so much!
@@Ri-my8fv For your information Malays are the majority ethnic of Sabah. But Malays in Sabah & Sarawak are influence by Christian community. Do you know that Islam is the majority religion in Sabah? But all the Malays people in Sabah act like they are non Muslim because they think the religious people are the peninsular people and they proud of their multiracial society. Why? does other state does not have multiracial society? Only 4 States in Malaysia where they are few than 5% non Muslim People. Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah & Perlis. All the other states in Malaysia have Non Muslim people. The different between us that the Muslim people in Sabah & Sarawak are proud of their Christian influence. While in other states we don't care what religion you are as long as you don't disturb our religion
@@Ri-my8fv Its not haram to touch a pig. You non Muslim people always think it is haram to touch a pig. Pig and dog are fuelled with dirty germ. That's why our religion do not want our people to touch it.😒 We are okay with dogs. But who the hell in this world will keep a pig as a pet. All the pig is in the farm. Far away from the people in countryside.
Now covid..we cant shake hand to random people. So we muslim practise that for along time.
Just easy say hello
Now the whole world is practicing indian greeting style
Yeah not easy for me
Oh my gosh, Malaysia is getting so popular! I'm seeing lots of foreigners and as a result, Lots of popular shops are popping up! This is great! (I live in Malaysia, and am a Muslim. I'm 12 and have lived here my entire life owo)

Thank you...as a Malaysian i'm really happy you experienced well about us.
I'm malaysian.
N I think some parts of your information wasn't right..
Alcohol for example.
U can walk around drunk as long as u don't cause public disturbance. U can't drink n drive.
Ahh maybe it was the place we went in Malaysia. We will be going to east Malaysia this year so we will see the difference
Lorraine Sek who told u that?u can walk around drunk ?????if the cops see u..bye2
Divert Living this comment is talking about KL, which is on the west side of Malaysia.

Correction: it depends on what restaurant you're going actually. You can find pork at chinese restaurants, and beef commonly exist at most restaurants. You may not find beef in indian restaurant but some might have one. Hope this helps 👍🏻
Thank you so much!
its weird that u cant find beef here..malaysians love beef

You will notice that they enjoy eating beef like Thai stir fry beef, Szechuan beef, Malay rendang, beef stew and steak among others....
