- The Irish team come back in the semi-final round and end up tying the Australia team. This number wasn't choreographed as well as the first one, thus the lose to the Aussies. They are both great teams though.

Awsome dance! I was smiling through the whole thing!
love love love it :)
brillant loved it
the music was a lot better than the Australians but the music in the first half was a lot better than the second music
Thumbs up if your watching this on St Patty's weekend! They shouldn't have been eliminated! It takes TRUE concentration to get this down in perfect sync!
There is no way you could beat their precision.
i agree!
im really sad they didnt make it... they were my second favorite group :'(
i agree that something from riverdance would have been a nice change.
this is soo cool. go ireland.. haha so great!
what is the title of the song used in this dance???
what is this music called?
can i have a copy of the irish team video if you have??? Please...
4:00 to 4: 46 was the best
i'm a filipino too! i'm sorry i don't know the title of the song...
@Djabenusiri
I was thinking that too. I've been a huge fan of lord of the dance for years but if you're going to enter a competition wouldn't you want to do it with something new? Even the same song with different choreography would have been more interesting than this, although I think they could have chosen a better song from the show, as well.
To be fair, some of the "newer" versions of Lord of the Dance have included new music and choreography and the reviews are pretty lousy. I'm glad that the original choreography and music is back. It should never have been tampered with. 😮
ugh..
I'm not against Australia but I think that Irish should have get the spot for the finals, USA already did hip hop/modern dance and as well as Australia.
The Finals would be more exciting if
USA - Modern Dance
China - Acrobatic dance sorta.. haha
and Irish - Tap dance..
Im wondering if the lack of "Riverdance" performances were due to rights? LotD is Michaels thing. He created it, produces it, directs it. So, yeah. He would have given Team Irish permission to use his work. Riverdance? Not so much. Created by Moya Doherty and John McClogan, Flatley auditioned (I guess..) and was hired to take the lead role. After a couple years, there was a disagreement, and Flatley went his own way, eventually forming LotD.
Err..short note, probably didnt have permission
@Lieyara Nah this is lord of the dance not riverdance
i hate him but i agree!
the chinese monk is the best... doesnt say anything
I liked the Irish better than the Aussies.
Also, the South African judge is always "I've got to be honest" I'm just thinking: shut up!
WTF. how HOW could Ireland loose to Australia. That's such crap!!!!! They're way better!!!!! I think they're the best group!!!!!
Not impressed by team Ireland. The dancing was fine, but with EVERYTHING being straight out of Lord of the Dance? Seriously, once it became obvious what they were doing (second Irish performance), I think I called every one of them before they were danced.
Though, I would have liked to see the dance that immeadiatly preceeds (or maybe it is) Nightmare. That would have been cool.
This show was obviously rigged, it was mainly for a US audience. I would not consider the US "The Superstars of Dance" I am not from a participating country so my biases are not for my home country. I watched the enitire series and I think Ireland should have won.
