After bitching at him that this doesnt, work...i stand corrected it does. Once I did it once, doing it again was super easy. The 2nd method works best to pull them in a circle, the Barov seems to work ok, just take it slow. Cleared my 1st full run. 6 Larval Acid, 2 Bone Scarabs, 1 Gold Scarab and 2 BOE Greens. Tip. You can also kill the beetles in the earlier part of the run after the 1st skip. They drop keys to the scarab caches, even though they are not on the loot table on wowhead.
There just seems to be so much RNG on getting past the Gladiators. You pull them and they immediately enrage. Dead. I've gone 100% out of LoS and behind the same spot he vanishes on the first skip, I remain in combat and they walk around the block to kill me. Try doing the long pull around the edges (with mount speeds) and once one enrages, they run faster and you're dead. Still have yet to get a successful vanish after the 2nd skip using Barov. Been able to get the first skip consistent now, but second having so much bad luck.
Make sure you get Outfitter mod. It makes this much less painful. I have an outfit for the first pull, which is just boots and carrot. (Even if they enrage I just have the one boot to repair.) Then the birthday outfit for sneaking around in case I get caught. Then a 3k health outfit with green stamina gear which includes carrot for the second pass... The second pass I use a normal Nature Protection Potion (not greater) a few minutes earlier so my health pot is ready in case I take too much poison damage past the bugs. I also created a macro that casts Evasion and the Purple Skeletal Warhorse with the same click, and sticking to the left wall and making a sharp turn into the bug hall does the trick rather than the peasant caller. When I die, which happens about half the time, the res is a minute away and I damage minimal gear. I only ever equip the Normal set when I know i'm safe to fight slugs. Couple additional notes: the range of the slug cloud is pretty small, and is not a poison dot, just take a couple steps away and you'll be safe. The corner in Ayaniss' room where you can't see anything, you may have trouble looting the bugs because you're clicking the weird mask of the terrain. You have to zoom all the way in so you're in first person and get pretty close to the slug to loot in this case. Hope any of this info helps you guys too.
Not usually one to comment but this video is super helpful. I've honestly spent the better part of 3 hours practicing the pulls and spots and coming back to the video to see where I'm going wrong. I've died probably around 30 times. Don't expect this to be super easy and nail it every time or first time. Make sure you take off your gear until you reach the grubs and just keep trying and have some patience you will get it down eventually :) Good luck on drops!
@@Zatar Its all good, it was my first time so just had to learn the pulls, I might just be terrible! Once I got to the grubs it was plain sailing. Your video was really helpful to go back through each section and try and find what I was doing wrong. Hardest part for me was the Gladiators, especially the second pull, been hit out of vanish a few times but just RNG I suppose. I have way more success with the 2nd strat of the first pull also. If you get behind line of sight, they should never hit you out of vanish. If the timing lines up the barovs should expire as you are rounding the corner. The main thing to worry about is the gladiators chasing the barovs and seeing you with their stealth detection.
If one of the first 2 mobs enrage, you cannot do the skip (save your vanish cd) and you can try to run out of the instance, but you will most likely die. This is why I wear few armor pieces to avoid durability damage. Go sub to Drast. Btw, depending on your race, you might not need the jump, and simply pass through the space between the two walls on the left. Works as UD, guess human, gnomes and dwarfs fit as well.
Found a safe spot that you can use if you get in trouble. Ayamiss' room, as soon as you walk in, turn immediately left and walk up the ledge into a triangular hole. (Sidenote) I've had more success with a nature potion and jumping off the pipe. You also do not need vanish once you hit the water. Stay underwater, wait to drop combat and reset.
For the second skip you don't need to unstealth/use mount. Just use sprint and you can make the jump. Depending on your spec it will be off CD before/at the same time as vanish anyway. Saves having to worry too much about the patrol. The second skip is always more problematic for me. They ALWAYS come for me after vanishing/sprinting away.
This was extremely detailed! cool. Im doing one where i kill dark summoners in scholo atm. Its challenging at time but also makes it quite fun! And yeah this run looks to be quite high risk for high reward
I don't get the 11:20 pull. I've done frame by frame the exact sequence and died about 9 times in a row. The first gladiator gets to and one shots the barovs before I'm even close to the doorway, then they turn aggro on me really quickly. Any tips?
I used Ancient Cornerstone Grimoire to pull the Gladiators and it does work but you have to do a lot of foot work just like you mentioned if the barovs dont aggro initially. Gonna get barov trinket and try to do this more quickly with vanish cd reduction spec like u mentioned again. Thank for the video, definitely took me quite a few tries.
Wanted to give an update that worked for me for 2nd Skip. This is info is based on what I read on the WoW Classic Rogue discord but essentially once you get to the 2nd skip spot, if you pop evasion followed by Barov trinket and you see the furthest gladiator start charging you, you can LIP and then sprint. You want to sprint to the mid-way of the gate and pop vanish and get behind the pillar on the other side and this works. Thank you so much Zatar, I really learned a lot from your video as well as @Drast's. I think I died about 27 times before I got the hang of the pathways of the mobs, and how to effectively figure out the 1st and 2nd skip. Will come back here if I run into any other issues!
@@seredas right. So you want to do how Zatar did it. You want to pop evasion then barov and once the furthest glad pulls aggro and starts running at you, you want to pop LIP then sprint. Once you at the midway of the gate pop vanish and get to the other side. That worked for me.
Just watched this and got stoked to try it out on my druid - then saw that larval acid on skeram is only 2.5g...... rip hopes and dreams. Great video though! informative and well structured.
Just found out (by accident) that at the barov skip, there is a reset spot if you go left around the gate and straight into the corner. don't need to use vanish. Just make sure that the flesh hunter is on his way out to the right when you start the pull.
@@EvaaaaxESDRM Not a lie. You do a U-turn around the arch and into the corner, instead of running straight up like in the vid. This corner: imgur.com/a/IgB18U9 Obviously, if you're too slow the mobs will still be in melee range to hit you even when in the corner. You must get there in time so they can't hit you. They'll just stand and watch you untill resetting.
Every time I vanish, it says leaving combat, and a second or two later they're still running me down and kill me. I think this was patched or something.
They will continue chasing in the same direction they have been running for an extra second or so and if they happen to see you that's what goes wrong. That's why you need to change directions as your Vanishing and get behind Los. If something is going wrong you need to be Vanishing sooner than you currently are
Thanks for the guide ! Just for clarification, since it's not a dungeon, once you're done with the grubs, do you go out and ...what ? It's a 20man raid, so you can't reset the instance. Do the grubs respawn ?
New skip available instead of the jump if you are an undead female you can backpedal into the small gap and then you just walk straight up without unstealthing
Man I made some good gold from this farm in clasic era doing it on my hunter (you use the invisibility potions to get to safe spots). I'm playing season of discovery right now and hope it's still a thing or if they make changes and it's gone, we'll see.

Being now onto it for ~10hours. Got my barovs, enchanted the items, and safe to say: up to 2nd skip/3rd gate there is almost no way of dieing, but as soon as i try to do your 2nd skip, it gets extremely inconsistent. I stay exactly like you, but the vanish behind the gate doesnt drop aggro - out of 10 cases i'd say it doesnt drop 9 times, any idea?
@@Zatar Ah fuck i just deleted my message.. Short form again: I tried to copy your movements exactly, i find the correct spot so the barovs pull the gladiator, then the 2nd. The basic problem is, that the gladiator seems being to close to me when i vanish behind the wall - he either chases me or a barov and i simply can't loss on a consistent basis. I will test it today again - i have already 6-7 hours spent on that gate, learned all the patrols and whatnot. My thought process on the gates is as following: 1. When the first gladiator gets pulled AND i wait on spot, not moting, then i have a longer way to the gate. As soon as the 2nd gladiator gets chainpulled, i run to the gate, jump, demount in the air and vanish los as soon as i hit ground. Problem: It seems that after the first gladiator kills a barov peasnt, the 2nd gladiator readjusts his target, and chooses me most of the time - why does he do that? either it is random, or it is because i am the closest target he can pick. --> solution: after the first gladiator gets pulled, i either go closer, so that when the 2nd gets pulled i am closer to the gate and have a better vanish. OR: i wait a little bit longer, so when the first barov is dead, both gladiators take a new barov in target instead of me, leaving me enough room/time to get to the gate properly. Usually 1-2 barovs follow me pretty quickly and i can't manage to get soloely behind the door. 2. female orc? is it maybe a hitbox thing like with mage jumps? had no time yesterday but am gonna for a longer training session again today, trying to record and capture the learning process/mistakes that can happen cheers
Breesty I’m right there with ya some mornings I’ll make it to the farm 3/3 feeling cocky I’ll go live on stream and boom can’t seem to pass the barov skip lol I have noticed it is vital that you sorta jump the corner to los as doing such causes the barov if still alive to sorta of run to catch up with you but as you said it seems that one of them choose the barov while the other chooses me as next target causing them to be just a little bit passed the LOS wall and the catch me only fix to this I have found is if your engineer I’m using my battle chicken as well to buy myself alittle more time but this obviously requires engineering ( can prob use target dummies I just didn’t have any) and doing such if you fail with chicken it’s 30 min CD but yeah so far on my server acids vary in price and some idols are still worth 100g so it’s been worth it regardless of the deaths! Practice makes perfect right?
6:30 I found a reset point left of this position. You can jump in the corner with the mount and reset the 2 guards from the beginning there by just running through. This saves vanish and I don't have to wait for the vanish CD for the 2nd. Pull. This saves time and I found it much more reliable that vanishing behind the corner. And if this pull fails when trying to vanish, you also need to wait 5 minutes again to try again. It really saves a lot of time especially if you have problems when doing it first. The only thing you have to keep an eye out is the pats that run on the left side. If its clear it's a cake walk. I made it 100% of the time if I don't die to the first hit of the guards, but having t2 gloves with riding speed is enough stamina to survive one hit with my current naked gear. 7:40 This jump is also possible to do with sprint. It's harder, but you can stay in stealth if you are too afraid of the patrol. But you might not have your sprint ready to make the 2nd pull a little saver.
I am too lazy to farm (anything) on a regular basis. But I like to try out all kinds of solo farm methods, i would try this just to have a new experience. If I succeed I would probably never do it again. Same with 5 man dungeon solo farming. As a result I am not very rich in game, but I am not doing hardcore raiding so that's no problem.

My 22nd try I was able to pop barov and mount but barov vanished and then I got aggro, ran past by and still got hit on vanish. yo guys, as soon as I do the first skip and pull the gladiators, I pop my vanish at the same spot as Zatar does, but it doesnt work and the see me after vanish... do I need sub spec in order to do this??
this is one of those farms that can get you alot of gold if you get the right drops, also its just some change to the usual farming, i like to mix it up a bit.
it works just takes a lot of practice i mean its a raid so it will not be a walk in the park is it worth it? depends on the loot drop but a amzing guide tho :)

So dumb question, how do you reset this farm? If you go in and kill these are you raid ID locked for raid night? If you go in and kill them, how do you respawn the mobs you killed, do they respawn after X minutes, or after you exit and enter again, or once they're gone theyre gone?
I am having a bunch of trouble getting my barov peasants to aggro the second gladiator pack, i either stand too far out and aggro them myself or too far to the wall and dont aggro at all, i just cant find the sweet spot. Tried alligning the shoulderpad with the wall as you did in the video. I am lost
Hitbox might be slightly different for non orcs. Try being further away rather than too close. Once on your Mount you can try strafing back and forward to get the barovs to move, only do this if the Gladiators have not aggroed after ~ 10 seconds.
Do you think this would be doable as druid? Replacing the vanish with greater invis pots? Seems like we'd be able to get away with all the stealthy parts of the farm.
On which server are you doing this ? I just tried on Amnennar (EU) and it doesn't work. Doing the exact move with my rogue and it do not reset the 2 firsts guards.
@@thanks1obama780 he doesnt mention this on purpose to get some quick views with an obvious scuffed farming spot. Cause with bad RNG you just gonna lock yourself out instantly to fish for non vengeance casting gladiators.
This is the enrage I referred to in the video. This is why I get naked, is maybe one in 10 pulls, on the first pack. That is what I'm talking about when I say there's a chance you die on the first pack, but the run back is only 1 minute.
@BananaBread you do not have to reset. The enrage duration will end, and next pull the mob will not be enraged, unless you get really unlucky. Small chance every pull it averages, but no reset is needed if it happens. Go again in 1 minute.

Guess I have bad luck. I can't get to that room. Just died 10 times at the first door. When I do vanish far away they just keep going after me. You must have made 8k videos before getting one where you made it to the farm spot.
As long as the mobs do not in rage on the first pull, which they will get really big and run really fast, the first skip is 100% success. You have to vanish behind the rock like I do in the video because the Mobs Can see stealth
@@Zatar ok so I got that down finally, no problems with the wall skip. That 3rd door you have to get through is where I'm stuck now. As soon as barvo trinket the pull and I can't mount. If I am to close to the wall then they don't even agro when I use the trinket. Prices are so low on my server idk if its worth even trying it anymore. The amount of gold I have spent on repairs i don't think I would even make back. Thanks for the tip it helped out alot. GL to everyone that can make gold off this farm!
Probably not. If they didn't patch ZG they won't patch this. You just have to make as much distance as you possibly can so that you're LoSing them when you turn around the cube, then vanish asap. Macro /dismount onto your vanish and spam the button hard right after you turn the corner. Stealth doesn't work on these guys so it will still count as them seeing you if they're too close when you vanish.
Really struggling finding the sweet spot on the 2nd pull where Barov's pulls after I mount. They either don't pull at all or pull before I can mount :(
@@Zatar i think theres a easy way. get into the corner evasion + barov and mount.. then back to the wall original position and the peasents will move aswell and agro them.. super easier! just try and tell me if it works for u
@@EvaaaaxESDRM I kept failing and read your comment and got it 1st try and havent failed since using this method. Also seemed to help by jumping on your mount like zatar around the corner and dismount+vanish at the apex of the jump to kind of wrap yourself around the corner and break LOS so they dont attack through vanish. On the second skip with the peasant caller skip, I do everything you do but when the peasants agro the mob, it stops me from mounting up. Any ideas on why this is happening?
You are too close, and you are pulling before you have time to mount up. This can happen though, and you can still make it. Just make sure the second Gladiator puls before sprinting past and vanishing
And what do you do about the first mobs enrage? pray? they keep instant enraging on me at least one. Edit: I admit that sounded kinda passive agressive, sorry. I wanna thank you for the video a bunch.
If they enrage you die, you won't be able to ride out of the instance before dying. Just take off most of your gear, don't use your vanish accept the death and come right back and try again.

@@Zatar Just got around to checking myself, the oozes and feeders respawn (only takes 1 hour!), importantly the gladiators and wasps DON'T respawn, making this a ludicrously easy farm if you've got a cleared instance.
This must have been patched, the gladiators on the first skip have bad RNG.. attempting this today and I've gotten by them twice... they have like a sprint ability and sometimes enrage off the bat and 1 shot you ez. Probably not worth the gold/hr with the major rng now.. guess it's back to DME. Also, if you do get past the first skip, the second skip just isn't working at all.. as soon as the gladiators aggro barovs it will interrupt your mounting.
On the 1st pull the Gladiators completely ignore my Vanish - Theyll keep chasing me in stealth even though Ive got a sizeable distance lead on them. Am i missing something?
So I can now do the 1st skip and the jump in a good fashion. I am trying to master the 2nd skip, I got my barov trinket. I align myself exactly like you do, mount up see I am good, de mount. The issue is I pop evasion then I pop Barov but it instantly pulls aggro before I can mount up and do the run. I am a Night Elf rogue. What could be going wrong here?
You can try and back up so the barov doesn't immediately pool. If the bear off does pool too early you still can make it, just make sure the second Gladiator pulls before you try sprinting past and Vanishing.

What makes you think that? It actually ended up being worse than I thought after doing the C'thun fight. Didn't realize just how much worse the proc gets on that fight. (For dagger specifically)
Zatar lol idk what you talking about but the proc rate is actually good ive had more 50% more energy gained whole raid on boss fights then the nr 2 rogue
I do think it's good for sword, but I have had the opposite experience. The set also felt poor on twin emperors and Sartura due to constant stopping and starting of attacks. Also my guild is using nr for viscous and huhuron, so I won't even use darkmantle on those fights. I am going to try and replace the gear as soon as possible. Luckily I got the AQ tier head, so once I complete the quest for that, I can take off dark mantle as a dagger Rogue. If you play sword though, it is great.
I can’t get past the second skip. By the time the second mob aggros the first has killed the peasants and the second switches to me and I can’t safely vanish since he’s on my ass. Tried 15 times.
Well I don't know what's going on, but usually what goes wrong is the barroth either pull the Gladiators too fast, in which case you need to back up before summoning them next time. If the gladiators aren't pulling it all, you need to move closer. I really recommend memorizing landmarks to make sure you stand in exactly the same spot every time once you get it. Different races have different hitboxes, so the lineup might not be the exact same that I showed here.
I've used at least 5 hours in there on my rogue (EU firemaw). Lavas sells for 4g now, most scarabs sells for less than 1g, and haven't seen a rare drop yet. This farm is NOT worth.
I died like 9 or 10 times on the first guard cause vanish just don't work on them, and i have darkmantle boots on me. Either this guide is trash, or i'm doing something wrong.
Nr gear is not really going to help, I would just be tanky enough to take one hit from the big guys if you run through and then use your DPS gear when killing the Slugs.
I'm pretty sure they made some changes to the gladiators.. I vanish, they untarget me, then target me again. Very strange. I didn't try this farm until today.

You can't make it past if they enrage, but that does not happen too often. If running straight through them is not working for you, try looping in the starting room like I showed for the second strategy. You also need to vanish exactly how I do, the earlier you do it usually the better.

20:05 For whenever you cannot move away from a spot, make sure to have at least half of your health bar filled before the mob dies.

I gave up on this farm a while ago because of my inability to reach the farm
Wanted to give an update that worked for me for 2nd Skip. This is info is based on what I read on the WoW Classic Rogue discord but essentially once you get to the 2nd skip spot, if you pop evasion followed by Barov trinket and you see the furthest gladiator start charging you, you can LIP and then sprint. You want to sprint to the mid-way of the gate and pop vanish and get behind the pillar on the other side and this works. Thank you so much Zatar, I really learned a lot from your video as well as @Drast's. I think I died about 27 times before I got the hang of the pathways of the mobs, and how to effectively figure out the 1st and 2nd skip. Will come back here if I run into any other issues!
which side of the gate? left or right? on the right side (like zatar in the video) they detect me in stealth slmost instantly
@@seredas right. So you want to do how Zatar did it. You want to pop evasion then barov and once the furthest glad pulls aggro and starts running at you, you want to pop LIP then sprint. Once you at the midway of the gate pop vanish and get to the other side. That worked for me.

Just watched this and got stoked to try it out on my druid - then saw that larval acid on skeram is only 2.5g...... rip hopes and dreams. Great video though! informative and well structured.
Just found out (by accident) that at the barov skip, there is a reset spot if you go left around the gate and straight into the corner. don't need to use vanish. Just make sure that the flesh hunter is on his way out to the right when you start the pull.
can anyone else confirm that?

Obviously, if you're too slow the mobs will still be in melee range to hit you even when in the corner. You must get there in time so they can't hit you. They'll just stand and watch you untill resetting.

I dont get how you get past the first 2 mobs, everytime, I'm just 1 shot by them - evasion or not.
Every time I vanish, it says leaving combat, and a second or two later they're still running me down and kill me. I think this was patched or something.
You have to vanish behind Los.
To avoid first 2 I showed 2 methods, but if they enrage you can still die.
@@Zatar I did it exactly like you did a dozen times. Leaving combat, then entering combat, im sprinting even, they run me down.
They will continue chasing in the same direction they have been running for an extra second or so and if they happen to see you that's what goes wrong. That's why you need to change directions as your Vanishing and get behind Los. If something is going wrong you need to be Vanishing sooner than you currently are

Just for clarification, since it's not a dungeon, once you're done with the grubs, do you go out and ...what ? It's a 20man raid, so you can't reset the instance.
Do the grubs respawn ?
You can reset the instance as long as you haven't killed ayamiss

New skip available instead of the jump if you are an undead female you can backpedal into the small gap and then you just walk straight up without unstealthing
Man I made some good gold from this farm in clasic era doing it on my hunter (you use the invisibility potions to get to safe spots). I'm playing season of discovery right now and hope it's still a thing or if they make changes and it's gone, we'll see.
Got wrecked by first mobs that "arent supposed to hit you" my ass, this shit got patched, they hit immediately.
is there a way to get to a blind spot on the 2nd bit as i do not have the trinket yet-like does jumping down to the egg boss work as a los and a vanish?

Being now onto it for ~10hours. Got my barovs, enchanted the items, and safe to say: up to 2nd skip/3rd gate there is almost no way of dieing, but as soon as i try to do your 2nd skip, it gets extremely inconsistent. I stay exactly like you, but the vanish behind the gate doesnt drop aggro - out of 10 cases i'd say it doesnt drop 9 times, any idea?
Are the barovs pulling as expected? Are you waiting for the second gladiator to pull before running in? Are you vanishing in Los?

Short form again:
I tried to copy your movements exactly, i find the correct spot so the barovs pull the gladiator, then the 2nd. The basic problem is, that the gladiator seems being to close to me when i vanish behind the wall - he either chases me or a barov and i simply can't loss on a consistent basis.
I will test it today again - i have already 6-7 hours spent on that gate, learned all the patrols and whatnot. My thought process on the gates is as following:
1. When the first gladiator gets pulled AND i wait on spot, not moting, then i have a longer way to the gate. As soon as the 2nd gladiator gets chainpulled, i run to the gate, jump, demount in the air and vanish los as soon as i hit ground.
Problem: It seems that after the first gladiator kills a barov peasnt, the 2nd gladiator readjusts his target, and chooses me most of the time - why does he do that? either it is random, or it is because i am the closest target he can pick.
--> solution: after the first gladiator gets pulled, i either go closer, so that when the 2nd gets pulled i am closer to the gate and have a better vanish.
OR: i wait a little bit longer, so when the first barov is dead, both gladiators take a new barov in target instead of me, leaving me enough room/time to get to the gate properly.
Usually 1-2 barovs follow me pretty quickly and i can't manage to get soloely behind the door.
2. female orc? is it maybe a hitbox thing like with mage jumps?

Breesty I’m right there with ya some mornings I’ll make it to the farm 3/3 feeling cocky I’ll go live on stream and boom can’t seem to pass the barov skip lol I have noticed it is vital that you sorta jump the corner to los as doing such causes the barov if still alive to sorta of run to catch up with you but as you said it seems that one of them choose the barov while the other chooses me as next target causing them to be just a little bit passed the LOS wall and the catch me only fix to this I have found is if your engineer I’m using my battle chicken as well to buy myself alittle more time but this obviously requires engineering ( can prob use target dummies I just didn’t have any) and doing such if you fail with chicken it’s 30 min CD but yeah so far on my server acids vary in price and some idols are still worth 100g so it’s been worth it regardless of the deaths! Practice makes perfect right?
Pro tip: wear darkmantle boots and if you have movement speed incrase on them like me you will be harder to see in stealth and move a little faster.

6:30 I found a reset point left of this position. You can jump in the corner with the mount and reset the 2 guards from the beginning there by just running through. This saves vanish and I don't have to wait for the vanish CD for the 2nd. Pull. This saves time and I found it much more reliable that vanishing behind the corner. And if this pull fails when trying to vanish, you also need to wait 5 minutes again to try again. It really saves a lot of time especially if you have problems when doing it first.
The only thing you have to keep an eye out is the pats that run on the left side. If its clear it's a cake walk. I made it 100% of the time if I don't die to the first hit of the guards, but having t2 gloves with riding speed is enough stamina to survive one hit with my current naked gear.
7:40 This jump is also possible to do with sprint. It's harder, but you can stay in stealth if you are too afraid of the patrol. But you might not have your sprint ready to make the 2nd pull a little saver.
I hate gimmicky farms. If you don’t do it perfectly you waste your time. I’ll stick to my mindless no risk 70 gold per hour farm. Thanks for posting.
I am too lazy to farm (anything) on a regular basis. But I like to try out all kinds of solo farm methods, i would try this just to have a new experience. If I succeed I would probably never do it again. Same with 5 man dungeon solo farming. As a result I am not very rich in game, but I am not doing hardcore raiding so that's no problem.

My 22nd try I was able to pop barov and mount but barov vanished and then I got aggro, ran past by and still got hit on vanish. Did they enrage? As long as they don't, you should be able to ditch them
this is one of those farms that can get you alot of gold if you get the right drops, also its just some change to the usual farming, i like to mix it up a bit.
it works just takes a lot of practice i mean its a raid so it will not be a walk in the park is it worth it? depends on the loot drop but a amzing guide tho :)

If you go in and kill them, how do you respawn the mobs you killed, do they respawn after X minutes, or after you exit and enter again, or once they're gone theyre gone?
You can reset it like a normal dungeon, but you can't be saved to the instance to do the farm

I am having a bunch of trouble getting my barov peasants to aggro the second gladiator pack, i either stand too far out and aggro them myself or too far to the wall and dont aggro at all, i just cant find the sweet spot. Tried alligning the shoulderpad with the wall as you did in the video. I am lost
Hitbox might be slightly different for non orcs. Try being further away rather than too close. Once on your Mount you can try strafing back and forward to get the barovs to move, only do this if the Gladiators have not aggroed after ~ 10 seconds.

Usually those do not help, at least they did not work for angerforge.
it is a bit expensive but u can pop a LIP mount and run past them, saw a guy from salad bakers doing it

No, they see through stealth. you need vanish
On which server are you doing this ? I just tried on Amnennar (EU) and it doesn't work. Doing the exact move with my rogue and it do not reset the 2 firsts guards.

This is the enrage I referred to in the video. This is why I get naked, is maybe one in 10 pulls, on the first pack. That is what I'm talking about when I say there's a chance you die on the first pack, but the run back is only 1 minute.
@BananaBread you do not have to reset. The enrage duration will end, and next pull the mob will not be enraged, unless you get really unlucky.
Small chance every pull it averages, but no reset is needed if it happens. Go again in 1 minute.

You need to vanish behind a rock like I do in the video. These guys can see through stealth do you have to los them
Guess I have bad luck. I can't get to that room. Just died 10 times at the first door. When I do vanish far away they just keep going after me. You must have made 8k videos before getting one where you made it to the farm spot.
As long as the mobs do not in rage on the first pull, which they will get really big and run really fast, the first skip is 100% success. You have to vanish behind the rock like I do in the video because the Mobs Can see stealth
@@Zatar ok so I got that down finally, no problems with the wall skip. That 3rd door you have to get through is where I'm stuck now. As soon as barvo trinket the pull and I can't mount. If I am to close to the wall then they don't even agro when I use the trinket. Prices are so low on my server idk if its worth even trying it anymore. The amount of gold I have spent on repairs i don't think I would even make back. Thanks for the tip it helped out alot. GL to everyone that can make gold off this farm!
tbh i get instakilled everytime if i try to run straigth through . i think i got 30-40 attempts and get just 1 time lucky with evasion
Is the pull with the Barov trinket still possible without it? I got rid of my trinket a while back so hoping theres another way to do it?
You will have to use limited invulnerability potions and potentially nature protection potion to run past them.
Was this patched? Been trying to get past the first gladiators for about 45minutes now and they chase me through everything
Probably not. If they didn't patch ZG they won't patch this. You just have to make as much distance as you possibly can so that you're LoSing them when you turn around the cube, then vanish asap. Macro /dismount onto your vanish and spam the button hard right after you turn the corner. Stealth doesn't work on these guys so it will still count as them seeing you if they're too close when you vanish.
Really struggling finding the sweet spot on the 2nd pull where Barov's pulls after I mount. They either don't pull at all or pull before I can mount :(
If you pool before you mount, you can still do the skip with Sprint, you just need to wait for the second mob to Agro before sprinting by.
@@Zatar i think theres a easy way. get into the corner evasion + barov and mount.. then back to the wall original position and the peasents will move aswell and agro them.. super easier! just try and tell me if it works for u
@@EvaaaaxESDRM I kept failing and read your comment and got it 1st try and havent failed since using this method. Also seemed to help by jumping on your mount like zatar around the corner and dismount+vanish at the apex of the jump to kind of wrap yourself around the corner and break LOS so they dont attack through vanish. On the second skip with the peasant caller skip, I do everything you do but when the peasants agro the mob, it stops me from mounting up. Any ideas on why this is happening?
You are too close, and you are pulling before you have time to mount up. This can happen though, and you can still make it. Just make sure the second Gladiator puls before sprinting past and vanishing

How are you getting the vanish to work properly on the last skip?
larval acid? they dropped exclusively idols/scarabs or nothing for me. maybe i did something wrong with loot rules
does it have to be a peasant caller i have the grimoire from ony will that work as well?
Peasant collar is better because it has three bodies and they do move around more helping you aggro
And what do you do about the first mobs enrage? pray? they keep instant enraging on me at least one.

If they enrage you die, you won't be able to ride out of the instance before dying. Just take off most of your gear, don't use your vanish accept the death and come right back and try again.

@@Zatar Just got around to checking myself, the oozes and feeders respawn (only takes 1 hour!), importantly the gladiators and wasps DON'T respawn, making this a ludicrously easy farm if you've got a cleared instance.

Do the larvae pull the bugs and scorpions around them? Some of them are all bunched up.
They don't, just make sure not to face pull any scorpions

This must have been patched, the gladiators on the first skip have bad RNG.. attempting this today and I've gotten by them twice... they have like a sprint ability and sometimes enrage off the bat and 1 shot you ez. Probably not worth the gold/hr with the major rng now.. guess it's back to DME.
Also, if you do get past the first skip, the second skip just isn't working at all.. as soon as the gladiators aggro barovs it will interrupt your mounting.
Whats to the right of your camera?
On the 1st pull the Gladiators completely ignore my Vanish - Theyll keep chasing me in stealth even though Ive got a sizeable distance lead on them. Am i missing something?
You need to get behind line of sight. They can see stealth.
You have to get out of LoS of them around the rock. If you're LoS when you vanish they reset, if they can still see you they'll see through vanish.
do the grubs respawn?
So I can now do the 1st skip and the jump in a good fashion. I am trying to master the 2nd skip, I got my barov trinket. I align myself exactly like you do, mount up see I am good, de mount. The issue is I pop evasion then I pop Barov but it instantly pulls aggro before I can mount up and do the run. I am a Night Elf rogue. What could be going wrong here?
You can try and back up so the barov doesn't immediately pool. If the bear off does pool too early you still can make it, just make sure the second Gladiator pulls before you try sprinting past and Vanishing.

What makes you think that? It actually ended up being worse than I thought after doing the C'thun fight. Didn't realize just how much worse the proc gets on that fight. (For dagger specifically)
Zatar lol idk what you talking about but the proc rate is actually good ive had more 50% more energy gained whole raid on boss fights then the nr 2 rogue
Zatar and i blew them out with dps you were wrong about the darkmantle mate so you can just admit that
I do think it's good for sword, but I have had the opposite experience.
The set also felt poor on twin emperors and Sartura due to constant stopping and starting of attacks.
Also my guild is using nr for viscous and huhuron, so I won't even use darkmantle on those fights.
I am going to try and replace the gear as soon as possible. Luckily I got the AQ tier head, so once I complete the quest for that, I can take off dark mantle as a dagger Rogue.
If you play sword though, it is great.

I can’t get past the second skip. By the time the second mob aggros the first has killed the peasants and the second switches to me and I can’t safely vanish since he’s on my ass. Tried 15 times.

Well I don't know what's going on, but usually what goes wrong is the barroth either pull the Gladiators too fast, in which case you need to back up before summoning them next time.
If the gladiators aren't pulling it all, you need to move closer.
I really recommend memorizing landmarks to make sure you stand in exactly the same spot every time once you get it. Different races have different hitboxes, so the lineup might not be the exact same that I showed here.
I've used at least 5 hours in there on my rogue (EU firemaw). Lavas sells for 4g now, most scarabs sells for less than 1g, and haven't seen a rare drop yet. This farm is NOT worth.

I died like 9 or 10 times on the first guard cause vanish just don't work on them, and i have darkmantle boots on me. Either this guide is trash, or i'm doing something wrong.

You need that key that drops from bosses, as far as I know. When my AQ disbanded I hung out inside and tryed it.
Keys are from bosses, so there are some you can get to and open, but you need keys.

Having the exact same problem.
The luck required to do this is insane. It isn't worth the theoretical gold per hour and headache compared to confirmed useful farming strats.

Should be able to, it's a really easy jump to hit, but I have no way of testing myself.

Nr gear is not really going to help, I would just be tanky enough to take one hit from the big guys if you run through and then use your DPS gear when killing the Slugs.

Larval acid can still sell but everything else is worthless. Larval acid usually sells pretty slow too. I would not recommend it anymore.
I'm pretty sure they made some changes to the gladiators.. I vanish, they untarget me, then target me again. Very strange. I didn't try this farm until today.

Yes, same as first skip (run through them) and jump off the pipe into the water. You may need a nature resistance potion most of the time.
If i'm a herbalist and alchemist how much gold am I losing out on for not being an enchanter.
Literally nothing. Nothing is bind on pickup, so you can disenchant items on another character if you want.

There's a there's a low chance the mob enrages. Just have to try again can't get past them if they enrage

Did you try both strategies I showed in the video? Do you have a 100% speed mount?
You can't make it past if they enrage, but that does not happen too often. If running straight through them is not working for you, try looping in the starting room like I showed for the second strategy. You also need to vanish exactly how I do, the earlier you do it usually the better.
Except for enrage, I can skip this pack 100% of the time with practice.
