I guess if there chrome you'd probably have to blast them, so ya probably not cheap. If it's bang for the buck your after a few cans of plastic dip will work lol

you should powder coat your stock rims for winter
+chase gauf I would think it would be cheaper to just buy some cheap black wheels but I'm not sure. I don't think powder coating is all that cheap
