There is no better way to cook your pizza my friends then when you can hang out by it and enjoy a cold one. Life is still good on the bayou. Aieee! I added a little cayenne pepper to it.
Glad it worked out for you, Ted. I think that Monument Grills new style lid with the di-cast aluminum lid sides and dual walled still top does a great job with pizza. No need for expensive pizza ovens. You can monitor it though the glass. I love pizza on the Mesa.

One of the major supermarkets sells a pizza named Jacks, we bought one and it has the directions for grilling them. Right on the money guy.
