I think once people get the hang of King and what kind of engine to run with him he might be one of the best decks. Potential for the best endgame engine in the whole game

There is a wacky red green luffy build that does really well against enel specifically. But is pretty underwhelming against anything else.

Amazing tier list. I wonder if the spread between 4 and 5 should be more even. There are a few decks that I think should have been 4 like Green Uta, Purple Luffy, or BP Reiju. Those decks are still strong even thought their match ups against tier 1 or 2 decks aren't good. I think of the tier list as how strong a deck is versus just your chance of getting 1st place.

I think Ivankov deserves tier 4 just because of his good matchup against RP Law
Sad thing is, if bandai hits rp Law black takes over, wich means that blue drops a whole tier. Man, my favourite color just can't get a break, it seems impossible for it to ever be good unless it's the most boring deck ever made in nami. I pray for buggy-sama in op9 to be a blue leader that can fix this mess. Blue needs a better top end, his early game is super solid with 7wl stuff, but once curve is above 6, the only real threat is gravity blade or the occasional red roc.
Happy with kalgara placement. Fun deck to play and can go well against lucci/enel and if lucky, rp law.
Personally, a high t3/low t2 deck

Great list Noa, i wanted to ask isn't Enel the second best deck and better than BY Luffy?
Enel hard loses to any black deck and hard loses to bonney aswell. Only thing it got going is that it was good vs RP Law but that is not true for 08 anymore. BY Luffy has a way better matchup spread than Enel
The leaders in each tier are not in any order!

What do you think makes r/p luffy as high as he is?
R/p law really struggles going tall, so having a 6k base leader really messes with their early game. Now they usually have a lot of don to minus, but few to give to characters for attacks. Usually it's kid and killer that do the lifting there, but 7k on a 6k Is not as annoying as on a 5k. And, as opposed to whitebeard, the other 6k leader, Luffy has access to the broken recent purple support.
