On Google it says that Michael Knapp was born in 1972, so this can't be from 1980, I don't think the boy who sings is only 8 years old, he looks like a 13-year-old teenager.

I think Michael Knapp was born around 1966-67. When I first saw him on TV, he was around 13 all right. It was 1979, a concert in Taipei, Taiwan.
