Hello Michael, I have a small crawl space area under my entrance.. It’s about 4x5 and about 3 foot high.. I get a cold draft and a little musty smell .. Would I be able to seal it up ? And if I just put a vent in the side would that suffice?

Definitely could put a vent and a fan in and it will help for smell. For the smell it just depends, the fan may help with smell but encapsulating would be your best bet so you can cover the dirt and keep the smell from coming up.
