It also doesn't matter what scene he's in, cuz it's always absurd and funny, like any pervy-gear-head uncle showing up and saying things would! Also the voice actor for his anime character is legendary (I remember first hearing his distinctive voice in Great Teacher Onizuka, and that was over 20 years ago!)
