Awesome! I will try again!
Very Helpful!
I love this video, it as been so helpful, I have been hesitant to make my first cut. QUESTION: will this also work using the SCAL software.
As a pointer, make sure you're using a sharp blade. :)
Wow thanks, very helpful!!
Thank you so much , I was making it much more difficult by going through different steps. Sometimes I have a hard time brushing in the stones they always seem to fill in upside down. Is one sticky flock better than another because I don't know which to buy since you offer a few different types?
This really helped thanks.
Thanks Matt!!
That was perfect Thxs!!!!
This was a great video yo make it looks easy I have a difficult time with my sticky flock moving around on the machine whie cutting even after its aligned up.
Loving this! I also would like to know... What should I store my templates on? Just scrape off the dots and put it back on the backing?
I have not cut one yet, after watching the video I am sure I can do it now thanks
lovely I need some information abouth the equiptment and i love the way you explain
thank you .
Thank you for this video, I had forgotten how to use SD :D
Hey I've been using a portrait for rhinestone designs for couple of years. Is the cameo better ? Does the blade still block up on a cameo ? Will I have to learn and start from scratch again or will my silhouette move my work??
And also. I already have Designer EDition silhouette portrait. & ive just paid to upgrade DE plus , Can I still keep Designer edition on my desk top but ALso have Designer edition Plus icon so that I can work with both??? Please help as silhouette Utah are not very good at reading your emails and answering your questions in full so I came to the best and asked you xx
Tines,
The Cameo 3 has many features that the portrait does not have.
The blade is similar to the one that you use in the Portrait and still has the potential for clogging.
Designer Edition and Designer Edition Plus are upgrades to the base Silhouette Studio software, when you type in the code the features that you paid for are unlocked. Simply put only one copy of Silhouette Studio can be on your computer at a time.
The good news is that the features of DE Plus builds upon the features that you already use.
TRW Casey
Awesome thanks
I will try this!
Can you cut any custom image and font using the Silhouette cutter and software without having to purchase the industrial sized machines and Corel Draw/TRW Software? I realize that this machine is slower and not as advanced as the others that are available but is it adequate for a small home business?
that is easy and cool.
Thank you for this video! I would love to see what to do with a multiple color and how to get the two templates separated. Am I making sense? lol
Very cool! I'd Iomega to get that
what type of stones do you use and how do you place them so quickly. also I'm in the process of buying a cutter for my new business, but not sure on which one is best. can you help? please and thank you.
can you use sticky flock material in a brother scan n cut machine?
this was great
Jgn
Thank you for the video Matt! I've had a cameo for a few years and have made some rhinestone templates and I am just started working with vinyl and had a ton of problems with the vinyl shifting in the cameo. I noticed you moved up the stickyflock material a bit up and i'm going to try that next time! Thanks for the tip!
Also, is that actual stickyflock or is it your brand? Mine NEVER weed that easy so i'm going to check those settings. Thanks so much!!!!
This is actually an older video, the template material we have now is called Magic Flock and can be found at the link below. :)

good video
I currently have a Silhouette SD and am interested in starting this rhinestone idea. Is the vinyl material you are using different from regular vinyl? I am currently using Oracal vinyl. I will for sure watching your videos to find an answer, but I would appreciate it if other viewers could help me out as well. Cheers
I think that I am ready to make my own templates for rhinestones.
My order will be in tomorrow for my flock and transfer paper. Your
Videos have helped me out tremendously. But, I admit that I am still a little intimated.
You can do it! Let us know if you have any questions getting started :)
Very nice you made the job so easy and simple. Thank you sooooooo much. Where can i find in your youtube videos how to type out the rhinestone letters on a cameo silhouette machine
Hello! Here is a video on that: czcams.com/video/WD_spwqMXZw/video.html - TRW Richard
Thanks!!!
I saw that you put the template carry sheet (bottom) Is that a good thing to put store your templates on it you backing got messed up?
btw great video.
Does the fonts come with the rhinestone starter kit?
Hi Matt - thanks! I use the SD and was a bit confused when you put your design to be cut in the bottom left, and it didn't really cut where it showed on the mat....I hope others that are just learning aren't confused by that.
IT WAS PLEASURE MEETING YOU AND TALKING TO YOU THIS WEEKEND AUG, 4-5 20017 AT OUR EMBROIDERY MART HERE IN NASHVILLE.
Where can I buy. What blade setting is need or is a different blade needed
My cameo cut 6 ss stone size too big. Stones won't brush in right side up. I'm using the Studio Designer Edition software. Those same holes are too small for 10 ss. What am I'm not doing right? Please help.
