- Hey guys. If you have any questions please leave a comment and ill get back to you quickly as im very active on here lately.
When you get a clog and ask your tech for help on your uv printer, the likely answer you will is that you need to replace the head. This will likely be $100 or more and take a goos 5+ days too arrive. If you have followed your manufactures guide on cleaning and cant get it to unclog please watch this video and see if my process helps you. failing this. you could remove your head totally off your machine and remove the cables then soak the bottom part (where the ink comes out) in cleaner for a few hrs/ over night but make sue you dont submerse it in the cleaner, only have the cleaner up to the small metal surround and dont go near the electronics.
This Video is a slightly more in depth clean from my last one.ONLY DO THIS IF NOTHING ELSE WORKS AND YOUR ABOUT TO BUY A NEW HEAD. STRIPPING THE HEAD COULD DAMAGE IT.

Which one is better. Tx800 or XP600
Hi, I know this is not the video, but recently I got a uv printer it’s similar to yours but the grey one with the red line. So my question is if I want to print on black paper or other materials how do I put on the white before the color on the material. I’ve tried a bunch of settings but would love it if you know. The answer
Well first you have to add the white spot in a program like photoshop.once you have added it correctly then that white colour by default will print first so it's under the colour however if you want to print onto something transparent like glass/acrylic and want the image printed on the inside of that glass/ acrylic ,in wellprint there is a box you can check to print the colour first that way ,when its finished printing on the printed side it wil look all white but when you flip the item you will see the full colour image through the glass/acrylic
@@Ezanity at this point I was thinking my head was jammed. So just adding the white spot in photoshop would fix my problem? Like you did in your other video with the channels W1 and W2 for the clear? If this works I might come back later on if I have more questions. Also thanks for replying so fast :)

@@georgiarbov7988 make sure you use a CAPITAL W...I put a lower case w and fought for 8 hrs trying to find the problem. Found the answer in an obscure chinese video....

Great Channel! Can i ask you what i should do witth mine tx800 ? I have only yellow ink not coming out, i checked the dumper and red i flowing, whati should do beore change it ? I already tried to clean the printer head pumping cleaner from the top of the head and also there red and cleaner was flowing, last question is it true that for thi sprinter head a normal 95% acohol ?
hey thanks for the comment. come across to our facebook page and you will get may different options to try. you can then post photos to assist helping you.if it was me id be checking the yellow pipe from the start of the ink pot then work back towards the head.the connector that goes into the damper can sometimes get blocked,also if you have the plastic caps on the bottom of the dampers try to remove thhem as i wouldnt get a good seal when they was on.
Good afternoon, greetings from Venezuela, come to your CZcams channel hoping that it will help me detect the failure of my tx800 3-head uv printer, the head with CMYK colors is in good condition but it does not print any color and the pad where the head rests, it was changed for a new one and we noticed that it does not get wet when it is cleaned via software, what do you think about what mistake I would be making or am I overlooking.

my tx800 head (UV dtf fachbett printer) has only been printing 2 colors very weakly for a few days. The nozzle test is barely visible. I've cleaned it several times, but little improvement. No colors get into the screen during the cleaning process. Print EXP brings a system warning on bottom left - Head disconnected. Do you have any idea? How to tell if the head is defective?
if i press the cleaning liquid very lightly into the print head with the hose, it comes up again to a different color port, although something comes out at the bottom, the liquid also comes up at the top.

Unfortunately, it turned out that the print head was defective as well as the associated ribbon cable. Apparently the motherboard died when you turned it on. The service says that everything needs to be replaced - motherboards and printheads. Show again how vulnerable all the parts are.
im very sorry i didnt get back to you sooner.if the repair price is on the cost of the company giving you the support then all good.if not and they expect you to pay then i would not trust everything you are told and consider getting a second opinion.a friend of mine was having issues with the wellprint usb dongle faulty but the company said it was a faulty motherboard.lucky for my friend he lives in the uk like me and was able to send me his stick to which i tested and gave my proof that it was faulty to the company to which they then sent out a new usb stick.when that arrived i was prooved right as his machine was up working again @@user-kp2no8uf2w
@@Ezanity no problem. Thanks for the feedback. I think it's the board, since the machine doesn't initialize even without a connection to the notebook, which it usually did. I'll probably have to bear the costs, because I probably put the cables in the wrong place out of incomprehensible carelessness. I can send the board in for repair, but I have to pay for the installation and removal myself. alternatively - is there a market for used, defective UV printers?
Would you recommend Rainbow UV printer? I am think of getting one but I am worried about the aftersales support.
i have no association with rainbow so i can not recommend them. how much uv printer experience do you have?if very little then you most defiantly require some good after sales support. although i havent purchased a printer from jucolor ,they are very active helping people in our facebook page who are not all there customers and i know many people with there printers and have not found someone who is unhappy with them.
