I am well versed in Japanese from 1 to 10th also German and Arabic are spoken in more than one country so you may not be sure if you will be placed in your favourable country... But as Japanese is only spoken in Japan I am sure that my posting will be done in japan only

I mean in which u dont have to give attendence and you get good internal. Also u get cheating in your exams if u need. Join one of the best coaching for UPSC and study very hard.
