I am a 62 year old non Jewish man who has only been studying Kabbalah and the Tree of Life for less than 2 months. In this short time reading books and with the help of wonderful videos like this, I can see that just about every "New Age" concept and belief I have ever come across has actually been " borrowed" from Kabbalah , LOL. I am currently half way through part 4 of 5, and in my own work I am learning the Hebrew alphabet, to then use it as a greater understanding of the association with the pathways on the T of L. This is the most fascinating "thing" I have came across in my life. The way the multiple levels and meanings of the Hebrew alphabet work within the Bible alone is beyond mind blowing. The Higher Self (or spriritual/loving beings) usually won’t impose itself/themselves on you without you willing it or giving permission. If the voice is peaceful and patient then more power to you, we all operate differently and some of us are just more sensitive than others.

I may be years behind, still I am so grateful to have been guided to this channel. Now I have a nice new beautiful place to fish from.
So far, this is the BEST beginning class on Kabbalah I’ve found on youtube. After watching the first class, I purchased Rabbi Wolf’s book. The book is easy to read and is loaded with information, however, it isn’t necessary to have a copy to get a lot out of these classes. But, like this video, the book covers the basics and is very understandable. A great into into a topic with incredible depth and complexity. I feel this series of classes with the book has provided a very good foundation for future studies. The material is presented clearly, the video/audio quality is good and the teacher really knows the material. Thanks to all involved for sharing these classes with the public.

Know this: All souls were once together, then from some force, we were all shattered. We all became single. Then with the shattering, a feeling of hatred was put over all of us. So that we couldn't come back to one another as one; The one-ness of the Universe. Now a new concept has been put over all of us, Covid-19. Its put in place, from the powers that be, so that we all can be afraid of each other. And not to want to come together as the Universe wants us to. Some times when I go to bed for a sleep at night, just before falling sleep, there comes to my mind a great knowledge of everything like a flash of light (whatsoever problem I thought about during the day). The problem is the instant I start to think about what I understood or how I understood it evey thing vanishes from my mind and I wake up. This is a great mystery that I can't express throughout my life.

Wow... this has just given me more than you will ever know. For years I have been having downloads about how this world works, along with visions and apparitions (including blue "lights" /Beings appearing to me). Before I knew about Kabbalah, I was shown the Tree of Life in the night sky, with the sky grid behind it, and was told, "this is how you get to the other dimensions". Only now because of this video I have proof that others have experienced the same things and are being told the same things. When I looked up the 10 sefirot right now, they showed the SAME exact circles within a circle that I was shown as the dimensions of higher beings that create the dimension below it for higher levels of learning because they are further fractions from God. I am blown away right now. Thank you for this video I feel so validated in my experience right now.

Thankyou a sage once said teasingly, “The game of life, is let’s pretend....and then....let’s pretend, that we are no longer pretending.” In other words, let’s pretend that this being is called A and another being is called B. Then let’s believe our mind stuff nonsense. Other sages tease, that once you try to explain a thing, using words, then life is teasing you, because you can’t explain, the unexplainable. However there is a kind of knowing, which in silence, the inner consciousness is present, just being, being within the moment of now. The tree theme, being a series of themes, to prompt the student, to explore within, their own being, what ever they are experiencing in within that given moment in time. Yet Time is a mind theme, in a sense of silence, one goes beyond time. All energies can be explained, as first there was fire energy, then water was there, to stop fire burning everything. But the two elements, have air, to keep the fire and water energy balanced. ( fire would burn everything up, water would flood and cool everything down, so air balances ) Next the fire, water, air together, combine to make the earth element. So the human can be decided, into a vibratory energy, of earth, water, air, fire. The Fitch element being ether. So different explanations, devide, hips to feet, earth, hips to abdomen water, chest air, and head fire element. The beauty is that we are all mini Devine beings, housed in earth, water, air, fire, elements. The minds thoughts, therefore can separate us from the miracle of mixing with other beings, or it can unite us, then at that moment, it goes beyond words. Each person, will experience life from their individual perspective, because we are all having different experiences, like parents, environment, educational whatever. Reality we all have choices, to chose to be loving caring sharing beings. Sadly many of us chose stress, negative experiences, so we separate ourselves from the universal whole. Much love to you and all your viewers. All pathways lead ultimately to wholeness, life teases, all paths, lead to the one source. ☺️🌈👌

I've been watching videos on Kaballah for a couple months. I've basically gotten the tree of life down, as basic as it can get. I know more can be added etc. I've always been a mystic. Always on a search, loved seeing this. Wish I had an actual teacher. I'm smart but this isn't easy lol

Was looking for The Tree of Life, and morals after watching the Curse of Oak Island!..love the jokes, using the pharmacists cough joke; and the “Oh I thought this would be easier” comment at the end was hilarious. Could it be that we were trying to understand and put into understanding the glory of God? The so called invisible light or love that permeates the universe came upon the mountain with God's word and we wanted to understand that holy feeling.

Thanks for the question, and for taking this class. That is not a topic I would try to address in a comments section, but let me touch on a few points and suggestions for research:
-The Reform movement is perfectly comfortable with gender fluidity, so an androgynous person should feel at home in any Reform community.
-Jewish law does identify four gender identities: Male, female, androgynous and tumtum. This article addresses: www.keshetonline.org/resources/gender-fluidity-in-the-jewish-tradition/
-In Kabbalah, every phenomenon or being has both a female and a male aspect. Male contributes potential, and female receives potential and develops it into actual. So both the Creator as well as every person has both male and female spiritual aspects.

While in the past Kabbalah was reserved for a select group of mystics, at this time in history, this secret tradition has made itself available to all of humankind. As long as one keeps the Seven Noahide Laws, there is great benefit to seekers of all traditions learning Kabbalah.

Great question, Cookee. Although there is some debate, the general view is that before the Flood, all of humanity was meant to be vegetarian - "I have given you every seed-bearing herb which is upon the surface of the entire earth, and every tree that has seed-bearing fruit; it will be yours for food."
Creator recognized that that was not working, and so gave permission after the flood to eat animals. "Every moving thing that lives shall be yours to eat; like the green vegetation, I have given you everything. (Genesis 9:3)"
But the permission was given with the rule to hunt or slaughter animals with a minimum of pain and the greatest respect. So removing limbs one at a time was forbidden.
For Jews this also developed into an intricate system of dietary laws. But for the 70 other nations that rule applies for eating any animal.

What is a Golem, And, do or did the Nephilim create them?
A Golem is a human-like, intelligent creature that has been metaphysically/scientifically formed from a previously lifeless substance such as dirt/clay or earth. It is brought to life by a series of procedures, one way was by ritual incantations and sequences of the Hebrew letters. The Golem, then brought into being by a human creator, became a helper, companion, or a rescuer/guardian, depending on the selected use. One account was of a giant-sized protector, made to protect an imperiled Jewish community. This use of Golem’s was also the case with the Egyptians and they made Golem’s for labor work, physicians and soldier/guards for protection. There are indications that the advanced civilization levels of India and elsewhere did the same.
Both the Egyptians and Hebrews practiced “Magic”, a use of Metaphysical-Science (mystified and not well understood today). During the times of Moses and Noah, magic use was rampant and displayed continuously, as is written in the Bible and the Egyptian Priests records at that time. The use of Golem’s might be to control people, harm people, mess with weather, send diseases or destroy crops and finances, if out of line from basic civil values. (Arab Moon Magic often deals with forms of harming others and directly deals with Golem creations of a sort.)
In general, the image of the Golem was usually held in secret, because the Material-Figurine/Golem was used like a Voodoo Doll, for control of the Golem spirit-form. The intent was so the Golem Spirit would not get out of control and become insubordinate and disobedient, or even be stolen, used or harmed by someone else. After their creation, they began to develop will and individuality. In the case of Rabbi Loew’s (between 1512 and 1526) Golem, he inscribed YHVH on the forehead of his Golem and so when he was done with this Golem’s use, he removed the Deity name of YHVH from the Golem's forehead and the life essence departed. A time period (life-span) of how long the Golem would live was also programmed-in during their creation. The stone statues of earlier civilizations were likely Golem’s and their time of function may or may not be expired.
According to the Zohar (Rabbinical comment on the Torah for 2,000 years) we Humans were made of the same Omani-Powerful Forces of the Hebrew Letters, which were Omni-Present, Omni-Potent Gods in a Counsel of 23 beings and the name of the Head-God was never revealed in their books. This is the Elohim Council! “Adam was made from the dust of the Earth.” The great knowledge that the Hebrews and Egyptians had, originally came from the Nephilim. In the America’s, genetic half-brothers, Algonquin/Wabanaki people, at one time made Golem’s. They would designate a special person that took care of them. In one historical instance, called “The Keeper of the Doll”.
For going on 100 years, we have been developing a mechanical form of Golem’s, computers. They are “made from the dust of the Earth”, have people’s thoughts programmed in (whether ignorant, sociopathic or otherwise), and will be developing will. The largest allocation of computer time is towards warfare, spying and addictions of various sorts. Androids and Artificial Intelligence is already partly here and may climb to the “state of the art” in time.
As I see it, an increase in science and technology does not work to civilize man/womankind, but it does give them far greater weapons to abuse one another, exponentially. Our greatest developments should be in benevolence, fairness and civility and so we are behind! According to ancient and Biblical history, the populaces of Earth have had several major corrections initiated on them, when behaviors and choices drifted so far off as to be inimical to all life. Are we all ready to experience another massive Cosmic Correction??

Experiencing our dream.
Hod: Awareness:
Dreaming our experience.
Yesod: Soul = Integrated Psyche (Heart, Mind, Will). Midmost.
Malkuth: Behaviour, magic metaphorical mirror, biofeedback loop. Outermost.

If you are referring to the Chakras, the key difference is that the Chakras manifest as energy centers in the physical body. Although the Sefirot are described as corresponding to the human body, and drawn on diagrams, they are not energy centers. The Sefirot are the inner structure of Divine light out of which all reality flows - in particular the human form.
So while the crown chakra has a location on the skull, Chochma and Bina are the creative light out of which the entire right and left sides of the brain are projected into time space and consciousness. The same applies to the Chesed/Gevurah/Tiferet and the right, left arm and torso.
The biological tree of life is a Western categorization of species, etc. So very different from the mystical Tree of Life from the Torah.
That being said, all of reality flows out of the Divine structure, and so Kabbalah teaches there will always be parallels to that structure. Perhaps the three categories of Bacteria, Archea and Eukaryota would correspond to the three Worlds described in this series? That would need more study to expand on the question.

I can see the interaction of small critters in an ecological system. Where, although 97% of bacteria is good; the good bacteria get killed first by anti-biotic in the water; leaving bad bacteria and fungi and viruses to flourish without the good bacteria to naturally kill them. Answer for humans and nature: take less anti-biotics, eat organic foods, and take probiotics daily.
Or even smaller: maybe the “umbilical cord” is as though our link to the Higgins type-God particle in an atom? And the more negative attributes are as the negative electron ions, neutral neutron ions are in the middle and have the most mass & positive proton ions are the positively associated bodies. And faith is the huge area of space that they all fly within(?).

The body has some tendencies and ingrained habits, but the soul is the seat of our personality, and gets the final say on behaviour.
@@TempleIsraelMI What happens to the personality/tree of life after death? People who have had OBEs (myself included) have experienced control outside of the body, leading me to believe Malchut has layers, physical and non-physical. Malchut is action/manifestation correct? Forgive my ignorance.
Does Kabbalah take into consideration each person's date/time/place of birth? Or do Kabbalaists try to understand the entire system without connection to their own personal first statement of existence (birth)?
Kabbalah views each person's time and place of birth as the highest expression of divine providence.
If you are asking more about astrology, and the impact on a personality from that perspective, there was a Jewish system of astrology that is mainly lost at this point. In our tradition, however, if you are learning sacred wisdoms and carrying out sacred actions (mitzvot) that vibration raises a person above the effects of the planets and constellations.

If the light of the ein sof is infinite, how does it get shaded by veils? If a light is bright, yes a veil would dimm it, but with an infinite light, still infinite light would cast through the veil (mathematically speaking; let's say a bright ligh has 1'000'000 Lumen, a veil is there that takes half of the lumen away, so 500'000 Lumen would shine through the veil, but when the light is infinite Lumen and the veil takes half of the Lumen again, still infinite Lumen shine through, as infinite divided by two is still infinite), am I missing something here?
Very perceptive question, and correct, nothing should be able to "veil" the Ein Sof. But the Gevurah (might) of G0d is also infinite. So veils created by G0d have the capacity to "dim" the Or Ein Sof, so to speak.
In the end, though, that dimming of the light of the Ein Sof is only real from the perspective of created beings. From G0d's perspective, there is only the infinite unity that precedes even the light.

I've been studying Kabbalah and the Tree of Life for years. This video states the following: Inspiration is Chokma, and Cognition is Binah. What what what!
I learned the opposite!
And according to the illustration: Why is Binah on the Right side of the human body, or on the right side of the Tree of Life? And Chokma on the Left side of the human body ...left side of the Tree of Life?
I always learned Binah is Female and Left hand path ... Male Chokma is Male and Right hand path.
No wonder all humans are insane. There is so much misinformation out there.

You are definitely correct that Binah is on the left/feminine side and Chochma on the right/masculine. If i misspoke somewhere in the class, please send me the time of where that happened and I can add a note to correct.
In terms of the definitions, every source I know of describes Chochma as the flash of inspiratiopn and binah as intellectual cogitation. If you have a good source that says the opposite, I would love to look that up, so please share that as well.

@Chantal Cormier Glad to answer your questions. Freemasons have nothing to do with real Jewish kabala. Some conspiracy theories have conflated them, but they have nothing to do with each other.
Jewish Kabala is not a different religion. It's the mystical practice within the Jewish Religion. Also, of course, if it is real Judaism, it has nothing to do with Jesus as a messiah or divine figure in any way.

You are correct that the practice of "Practical Kabbalah" traditionally involved divination, and is avoided. Rabbi Wolf's title, however, is a play on words, and he uses the word practical to mean "useful".
His book is an excellent way to take the esoteric wisdoms of Kabbalah and make them useful in living a meaningful and emotionally integrated life.

Ein Sof: Learn, unlearn and relearn. RESHAPE. Ein Sof, or Eyn Sof (/eɪn sɒf/, Hebrew: אין סוף), in Kabbalah, is understood as God prior to any self-manifestation in the production of any spiritual domain (fake Gods or God and idols worshipers), "the Endless One" (she-en lo tiklah). Ein Sof may be translated as "unending", "(there is) no end", or infinity. Of the Ein Sof, nothing ("Ein") can be grasped ("Sof"-limitation). It is the origin of the Ohr Ein Sof, the "Infinite Light" of paradoxical divine self-knowledge, nullified within the Ein Sof prior to creation (expelled from paradise). In Lurianic Kabbalah, the first act of creation, the Tzimtzum self "withdrawal" of God to create an "empty space" and time or in other words the MORTAL, takes place from there.
