The best doubles for me was in San Juan market in Trinidad ... Dean doubles Saturday mornings in the very 1980’s, til I left in 1984. My childhood. Simply original doubles. With or without pepper sauce. Back in the day. Now there’s so many variations of condiments. Curepe taste amazingly nice too
