I am a commercial driver. I am Curious about new ways of life and I have heard many beneficial things about Canada. What will be necessary for me to immigrate? I honestly like to get in the country you stay on my line of work until I could familiarize myself with the country.
As someone who is not a student prodigy or some sort of professional genius, moving to canada seems rather impossible.
Work in food service. I would suggest catering or taking a year or so to become a proficient line cook if anything else. Not as many people have that passion and can bang out those hours in the kitchen anymore. Too many lazy top level management and top level cook positions who produce uninspired soulesss food.

I’m an American who graduated from a Canadian university in 2009 (and worked part time during most of that time as well) at the time that I graduated I chose not chose not to ask for a work permit and moved back to the States. Would I be able to get a work permit now/would the fact that I graduated from a Canadian university make it more likely for me to get a permit?
Oh I just looked into it and found there’s a “Canadian Experience Class” for people who have previously worked or studied in Canada - it increases your points/makes it more likely to get in. Great news!

@@kittenvibe7599 Well sadly given your position I would say the best way for you would be to cross the border from the U.S. to Quebec and claim landed immigrant. You will need to explain why you wish to ask for help from Canada and you don't want to say you are living with your parents. Give them a hard luck story about landing in the U.S.......going through terrible times getting to the border....you know......again.....
Based on what you are offering. Don't kid yourself. There are plenty of homeless and hungry people here in Canada. You may suffer and even die as a landed immigrant to Canada. Winters are cold especially when homeless. Good luck.

People are being murdered on the public transportation system here as the homeless are sleeping on the trains for warmth and the people riding the trains are getting in the way of their sleep.
