      Perfect timing! My chiro recommended for me to do lower back exercises. I told him you have some and will do those. He told me to look for ones with Sphinx poses.     I did a condensed version of this for a couple weeks and back pain disappeared after months of dealing with it. THANK YOU. Now I just do a 2-3 minute routine once per week. So far so good no more pain

    Day 3 Reset ✔️ What a beautiful setting for this practice! This one was difficult because I am so tight through my left side. I just don't have the same mobility as I do on my right side, so the motions were much smaller when my left leg was crossed over the right. The one-sided bridge pose was a challenge! I am assuming with time and continued practice, this area will loosen and not be so painful. Thanks for the 3-day challenge, Joelle!

    I recommend your teachings highly, they give immediate pain relieve and stress-release. I feel it's related to help tuning my nervus vagus. To reconnect with the body this way helps especially when suffering from depressed feelings and being in this debilitating (fibromyalgia) pain cycle.

    Every morning one year ago March 8th, I began working with 3 of your supine videos to help with hip and lower back stiffness. Lower Back Reset (Favorite), Low Back Pain, and Hip Pain Yoga (every day). I never tire of your voice. I am 72. I hike and kayak at a 5500-foot elevation.     Day 3 reset - Thank you Joelle for these videos. The pain is much better in my back and buttock. I have tight hip flexors especially my left side so trying to get my left ankle over my right knee is very painful. I will continue with these routines and add some hip flexor routines too.

    I hurt my lower back recently. I just came across this video in hopes it might help me. Your voice is so relaxing. I tried doing the reset, but I'm differently out of practice on stretches. I noticed I on the last stretch for the left. I felt my back complaining. I just took a few sick days in hopes my back pain will improve. Should I keep doing these stretches, or should I switch to one of your others later today or tomorrow?

    Do you mind if I ask about a video on upper back reset? I noticed a knot developed on the left side of my upper back. Would love to see yoga help me resolve it.
