Rough outcomes for the Nuggets and the Avalanche in the past 24 hours. This is a reminder for both teams that nothing is given & everything is earned. This is a prime time to be Altitude sports fans. I still believe the Avs and Nuggets will make deep playoff runs this year. Both teams just need to let their late season disappointment be enough fuel in the playoffs to overcome the seeding advantage they lost. Go Avs and Go Nuggets.
Poor game by the Avs. No question. I’m an enormous Jets fan and we’ve had 'walkout' games where my guys weren’t clicking. The Leafs, Canucks and Flames all had their way with us. Get those crappy games out. Happens to all teams. That said…I watched with glee as the Jets destroyed the Avalanche. More of this is waiting for Colorado in the playoffs.
