I was born and brought up in this locality for 39 years and never see any old monument thing which is protected or preserved by the ASI. I bet , no action will be taken against IAS officer as he will reply that the file submitted by the mis level officer to him misguided him by not informing about the building as monument and by this way all responsibility will be fixed on the lower officer who initiated the proposal. That’s how colonial bureaucracy works.

This is the reality of IAS officers in india. They qualify AIS to live in palaces with army of servants and fleet of vehicles all at tax payer's money. These officers have done more harm to country than leaders who can be changed after five years. The time has come when for officers also the rule of cost to government should be applied. In fact they should also be paid salary only. Rest of the things like house, vehicle, domestic help etc are to be managed by them on their own. Then only they will understand the real pain of public.
You will not understand how much dedication and efforts needs to get this post.... How much hard work needed to get this amount of power....

You can understand and it's proved that UPSC syllabus is useless, instead govt should hire high achieving people from open market like Singapore (also maintain reservation and representation according to rules but taking exam for civil services is really bad)

Dear, it has been done under the kejriwal govt., Who is supposed to be a staunch Muslim sympathizer, who had promised to make the system corruption free. IF this would have done in UP or BJP ruled state left media would have make it as atrocity on Muslims and created once again hindu Muslim tension
