I drink two liters of yerba mate brewed at 170° in tea diffuser everyday for past few years, flavoring with honey to taste. So happy to hear people are drinking 3 liters, because that means I can drink more. Love Circle of Drink CZcams Videos which go way back. Have tried many yet are there any other yerba mates out there similar to Canarias? 🍵

Muito bom o vídeo.Você podia fazer um vídeo sobre a cultura da erva mate no Brasil, pois é muito forte, Curitiba capital do Paraná teve seu desenvolvimento devido o ciclo da erva mate. No sul do Brasil, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina e no sul e na região central do estado do Paraná se consome muito chimarrão, já no norte e noroeste do Paraná, parte de São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul e Mato Grosso é o Tereré que predomina, ainda tem o chá mate tostado que o Brasil inteiro bebe, então no Brasil a erva mate tem muita força e somos os maiores produtores da erva no mundo. Parabéns pelo vídeo muito bom continue produzindo os vídeos pois são muito esperados.

Guys, what kind of experience did you make by drinking Mate tea (Yerba Mate)? Did it provoke anxiety? I suffered from anxiety. Greetings from Germany
Drinking mate tones you into a relaxed comfortable state, but it gives you a nice boost of energy at the same time. It is a lifetime habit for native materos, however some people may react differently, your nervous system and gut may need to test it. Just try it and see how it works for you.
Mate with the stems made me feel trippy almost and the kind with almost no stems make me feel like my brain was on crack or something lol. I had some anxiety a few years ago when I was drinking it/ after I maybe had quit drinking it. I think it will effect everyone differently, just like everyone else. It also made me pee like a race horse. I went back to coffee lol. I really might try it again though it’s been a while

@@tractorman1990 The anxiety disorder has not completely disappeared in my case. What other steps did you take to get rid of the anxiety disorder? The treatment of anxiety disorders in Germany is not good enough.

Finally bought my first bag. I used a french press. Taste like unsweet tea mixed with green tea... I've been drinking materva soda forever, so I was thrown off a little as I thought it would have a different taste. Trying to kick the coffee, to much acid and stains your teeth too bad. I got a bag of taragui. Do you recommend a different brand? Cheers

I drink rosamonte mate when i want a stronger. Playadito when i want a softer and Kurupi menta y boldo for terere (cold water yerba mate).
