In enter the gungeon, the moustache had a chance to heal you whenever you bought an item. I see no reason to change it for exit, but they may have done so.

I'm playing on switch, and I don't see the blimp when I zoom out, I finished the game with all 7 characters and have snails

when you speak to the NPC's do they ask you to retrieve items? if they do you should be able to see the blimp, you also have to shoot down a hot air balloon from the golfing mini game to get access to the other items

There is another mini game with this King NPC where you play golf, you need to hit the hot air balloon to get the other items

Whenever I talk to the shopkeeper it does not let me give the stool to him even though I got it

hmmm, have you progressed far enough in the game where he asks you to find a stool? i recommend speaking to the shop keeper every run until he asks you if you have seen a heavy metal stool. I do apologise as i dont know what triggered him to ask for the stool

I *think* that there's a line of dialogue where he says it's a slot machine. I don't know if there's any way to unlock it yet though, possibly in a future update
