It was a Java project with connection to a finger print reader.
It can be implemented anywhere with no password authentication. Just your finger print and you can log in to any system.
Nowadays it's outdated but it was developed in 2012.

A channel CLEVER PROGRAMMER makes a lot of clones and says to add them to resumes so is it wrong?
He is hypocrite..
In one video he says to watch his clone tutorial and put them in resume
And in another video he says if you are stuck in tutorial hell , just watching different tutorials on projects, you will never learn..
So try making your own projects..
Even harry bhaiya has one JavaScript project video in which he had said ki u can upload this project for CV
IMO copying and clones are totally different concepts. Clone mean you are implementing features of other's website yourself in other hand copying means your just copying their code to implement features. But I think clever programmer's projects are more focused on real life projects ( like Amazon, Spotify etc ) and we can learn alot from their clone builds. And for resume I'll recemend to create some original or modified version of clone projects.

When the interviewers ask the technical questions from any project, then the way u answer them, they will get to know you have done it or not. 🤦🏻♀️ if u r not clear of the basic concepts, then you cant answer and the interviewers will know you haven't done it 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

@@YashSingh-xs5yj It was deep dive into the project I mentioned in resume. There were several but Interviewer picked e-commerce one. I don't remember exactly what were the wordings and sequence of question but I will walk you through it.
The interviewer said nowadays e commerce is created by college going students.
Then I said yes but they don't implement fuzzy search and recommendation engines. It is not my personal project but a product for the company and I have learned a lot and put a lot of effort into making it a really valuable product.
I think at that moment I grasped his attention. Then he said ok tell me how you implemented the Shopping Cart. I told frontend requirements and then db design and API as well. Then he said ok what if the user has added items into the cart and then signed in how the database handled it. Frankly speaking my design was messed up and I have to come up with a quick solution that handles this scenario without contradicting anything I said earlier and I said the parent id of the cart item is changed if session change is detected. He was convinced after a few follow up questions.
Then he asked about the recommendation engine. I had mugged up one algorithm and I spit it in front of him and said that the accuracy is around 70% and said one story of walmart that with diapers the males were purchasing beers on Friday evening (this was a real case study).
Then he asked about the fuzzy search which was just adding a lucene engine. Asked a few questions about it and asked to implement one solution to find the distance between documents. (Was not able to answer this one correctly).
Then a few questions related to redis and message queue and asked if I had used them in my project. I said yes and explained to him where I had used it.
Then he asked to show me the hosted site 😂. I said that my company is service based and we never know who the actual client is. Then he said how were you managing the tasks and doing uat. I said the project manager was spoc and other bla bla things.
Moral of the story: Even if you haven't done the project. Give it a good brainstorming before adding into resume

I had a question for the community... My college teacher is teaching DSA for Python. But, she uses c++ pseudo code as the algorithm to solve python programs. Is that even legit?
