i don't have an ammeter, can i use the resistance section of the digital multimeter ? there by calculate the amps, with the acquired voltage and resistance readings?

Hello, how did he get (3.49x10^7 m) for the radius of 0.349 mm? Would it not be (0.000349 m or 3.49x10^-4 m) or am I missing something?
