Okay, the picture is getting a little clearer. Apparently you want to ship packages using DHL. To do that you need a label. I have not used DHL but I have to assume they are the same as UPS and FedEx?You can't just format a label for DHL, I'm talking about the barcodes, tracking numbers , maxicodes...etc. That all gets assigned by DHL.With any shipping company like DHL, FedEx or UPS you have one of two ways to ship packages. You either take the packages to one of their service centers and they will handle it from there. Or you contact the company of your choice, in your case DHL, and sign up to ship packages from your location. They come to your establishment and pick the packages up. Once you are signed up they will tell you how to download their shipping software into your computer. Once that is successfully done you will have to select what printer you will be using to print the labels and the size of the label. When and IF that is done successfully shipping packages is easy. You weigh, size the package, enter the shipping information into their format and simply click "Process Shipment". BAM- you get a label! They will automatically know to come and pick up the package. The best thing for you to do is contact DHL and sign up if that is what you want to do. They should have (like UPS & FedEx) the technical staff to assist you in setting up the system and achieving communications with your computer and printer.

Hi! I need to print location labels with a bar code. I need to print a lot at once, I don't want to print one at a time. I need to print out a list of 9 digit numbers/letters, 1 per label, each containing a bar code for said numbers/letters. What is the best way to go about this? Thank You!!!

Hi Asriel, you can do what you described but you need to watch two videos: 1: Linking Databases to a label through DesignPro Software and 2. Linking Barcodes to database. Both videos are on my CZcams channel and website (www.gmitlabel.com).Basically you need to establish a database, this would be the variable information that will change with in a label format. Items like part numbers, barcodes, quanitity, size...etc. Once that is done you then need to setup a label format. The label format will be formatted with the variable information you may want in the label. Once you have done those two item you then need to link the label format to the database. Once you have successfully linked them, then it's just a matter of selecting the label info you want printed and the quantity, then print it.You can select 50 label records and print 10,000 of each or 25 records and 50 of each.Sounds simple, it isn't if you haven't done it before. Hence the reason for the VIDEOS, it's too complicated to explain by typing out a message. Watch the videos and start your trial and error.
